Jungle in the city”
The hotel is super nice and all look new with the great smile from the hotel staff. They provide kids pool and some water activities which is good for the family. Not forget the food, malaysian cuisine to the best. Thank you M Resort & Hotel. Will visit again to try another bigger room

Would definitely recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort and superb facilities. Sleep quality is uncompromised with the use of Slumberland mattresses. Gym and yoga room is very spacious. Only drawback is the lack of covered parking within the hotel building itself. There's a multi-storey carpark about 5-mins' walk away from the main hotel building and is not connected by any covered walk-way or bridge.

Checked in for birthday staycation. Staff were so friendly and nice especially Brandon, he helped us to get birthday cake for my 3yo eventho last minutes. Very good service. Hotel is new and clean. Its just pool and kids play room closed too early as early as 7pm. Pls consider to extend time for both. My daughter didnt get enough time to go to play room.

The hotel is new so everything looks shiny and bright. I love the pool area and even my 11 month old baby could enjoy it. The only downside is the breakfast area. It is small and will not be able to occupy fully booked rooms. Luckily I went to breakfast at 7.15am, but by the time we finished, there was a long line outside waiting to be seated. Even at around 8.30am, drinks weren't replenished fast enough. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

This hotel has resort prices everywhere you look but the staff lack resort-quality service which really ruins the experience. You could get a better overall guest experience at a cheaper alternative than this one.

The executive gold suite is a must try (exquisite luxurious room with an amazing golf course view), which comes along with privileged access to a private M lounge VIP check-in along with welcome drinks & hors d’oeuvre, which is also the private space for breakfast. 10/10 rating!
