An Amazing Staycation with Hubby!”

It was our first time away from the kids. We spent a night at M Social in Nov 2017 and I am so happy that we picked M Social for this precious break! The administrative process was smooth and stress free from booking the room on Agoda, the check-in and check-out. Staff were cheerful and efficient. Decor and design of M Social was quirky and refreshing! We had a free upgrade from the Alcove Room to the Alcove Room with a Terrace. Rooms were not big but the mirrors and high ceiling made the space seem bigger. The room was clean and comfortable. I was impressed that the hairdryer provided was a proper one and not a sub powered one attached to the wall. Shortly after our check-in, we received a surprise visit from the resident robot, Aura, who delivered a voucher for complimentary drinks at the Beasts and Butterflies. The pool area was pleasant. There were sun loungers, water dispenser and pool side towels. I enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet at Beasts and Butterflies. I had my tastiest sunny-side up eggs cooked by a Robot Chef. The pastries were not great but the cooked breakfast was delicious. The area around Robertson Quay is lovely! It was a 20min walk to Clarke Quay. There is an option of River Taxi. $5/person but only EZlink is accepted, not cash. All in all we enjoyed our stay at M Social and look forward to our next staycation there! Exceptional”

the M Social was the such a great hotel for our short stay in Singapore! the location was great! we could walk to Clark Quay and there was so many restaurants along the way! It was very convenient when traveling to Gardens by the bay as a taxi was very affordable! overall, the room was smaller than we had anticipated but it was perfect and the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating! we really enjoyed our stay here and we definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a very modern, clean, and centrally located hotel!

Cosy nice stay”

The hotel is located near many cafes. Clarke quay and great world city shopping center can be reached by walking 15 mins time along the river. Bus stop with buses to dhoby ghaut station and somerset station is right infront of the fourpoint by sheraton hotel which is behind the M social hotel and across the bridge. Room is small but enough for couple. All amenities well equipped, we like the mini hair dryer!. Bed is super soft and comfy, had a very good sleep. Except that there were some dust near the small tables beside the bed and on the main dressing table. Overall, nice stay.

High class area at an affordable price.”

The location is really great. You are right by the Singapore River (Robertson Quay/ Other end of Clarke Quay). The restaurants by the river caters to the expats and rich local crowd. So you have Chinese, Japanese, Australian Sports Bar, Mexican restaurants. The price is not so bad. The Room itself is really small and can get really cramped, but considering the location and the room price, it becomes understandable. You sacrifice some room square footage in exchange for the excellent location. The hotel has alot of quirks like a robot that sends items you asked for to your room.The gym is small but not badly equipped, the pool serves its purpose. they even have cool and hot drinking water available all the tim at the fitness amenities. would i stay here again? yes i definitely will.

Pleasant Stay ”

M Social loft is beautiful and comfy for stay. It's a concept like that of studio M but way much prettier. M Social is also near several cafes and bars and about a 20mins walking distance from Clarke Quay MRT station. However i would think that the hotel has to improve in terms of service responsiveness. I tried to call front desk several times during my stay but to no responses. Also, tried to call the hotel before my stay and to no responses as well. Checking in and out was also slow due to limited staffs available. The breakfast spread at the restaurant was very limited as well. Hotel lobby perfume scent is also abit too strong. But other than all these, It was a great stay at the loft where I enjoyed my comfort there.

Disappointing Staff service”

We stayed here as part of post-wedding banquet staycation and were promised with complimentary parking for wedding vehicle over the course of our stay from 19 Jan to 21 Jan. During the morning of 20 Jan, I approached the front desk to request for complimentary coupon and was rudely dismissed by the front desk service officer that the hotel does NOT provide such coupons even though I was promised by another staff during my check in procedure the day before. I was then told to rejoin the long line to have my request "entertained" and was eventually served by the manager who actually listened and appeared later with complimentary parking coupon as a "gesture". This clearly shows that staff doesn't know that the compliment coupon exist or blantantly lied to me (as a paying customer) that there were no coupons. Lastly, which hotel in Singapore doesn't give coupons to patrons who drove and stayed in their accomodation? I guess I can say there is one in Singapore: M Social Singapore

Great experience”

I was intrigued by the photo of M Social in Agoda . Upon reaching there , was blown away , not your typical hotel settings. Place was squeaky clean and the room I chose was beyond my expectation . Cosy , chic and modern concept .The loft room felt personal . Very impressed with the designer . Food was excellent and the Robot egg making guy was impressive . The egg made by the Robot was delicious . Check in staff were polite and prompt in their service . Overall , loved my stay at M Social and will stay again .

Excellent”

M Social is a really modern, well decorated boutique hotel with a robot room service. We booked the hotel because we were interested in the uniquely designed room and robot room service. Overall our stay was pleasant, our room was clean and well supplied with necessities. However the location is quite a walk from MRT stations and bus stops. We booked the loft room and the bed was too small for two people (we are both slim) so I would highly recommend booking another room type for couples. I would recommend this hotel for people wanting to enjoy the nightlife offered in the neighbouring Clarke Quay area.

Wonderful Stay. Charming Staffs.”

M Social is contemporary boutique hotel with a touch of beautiful details. The interior is well-decorated, hip and modern. It may be compact, but it’s impressively cosy. A 2-day stay in the Premiere Loft Executive is never enough, that’s how unbeatable the room is. The only regret is not booking a stay with Breakfast. The dynamic teamwork between the Hotel and Restaurant Staffs in splendid. And I have to mention this particular staff from Beast and Butterflies. His name is Armando. He is impeccably ideal - friendly, helpful, humorous and outstanding. He has made my experience in M Social worthwhile and most accommodating. I will definitely be back for more of this exquisite stay!

Amazing Loft and Private Balcony ”

I love the interior and it's unique features of the room. The robot was my absolute favorite of course, the only place I've seen that has it so far in Singapore - it fetches your toiletries and necessities if needed promptly. Cute and quaint. The room I booked was a loft terrace and it has it's own private balcony which is perfect and cooling at night. The toiletries were amazingly above standard and I'd love to go back there in my next trip to Singapore. Thank you M Social for the amazing hospitality.

Chic apartment with great amenities & location!”

Hotel is located near Robertson Quay, great access to various restaurants & pubs. 10 min walking distance to Clark Quay. Hotel room is clean, spacious & interior designing is industrial chic, definitely aesthetically pleasing to most. Room is generally clean and spacious. Would like to highlight that the gym & swimming pool are great for exercise fanatics! Pool has a great infinity pool over part of Singapore River too. Overall, a fantastic stay that makes me want to return again.

I visit this property every month for work, have tried many in Singapore and M Social is on my top 3 due to the price/quality ratios. I recommend to have Bfast in one of the coffee shops by the river but lunch and dinner are excellent at the hotel restaurant... many local people go there for dinner and chill with a drink. It is not walking distance from the business districts, but for me the calm and chill ambiance at morning and night compensates by far the taxi to work.

Great modern Hotel!”

Been here countless of time for my family staycation and it never fails to impress us with their pleasant hospitality. Their loft room is super cosy and have a modern feel to it. My 3 yo Son loves this place up to the extend that we were forced to book M Social right after checking out from another local hotel for our weekend staycation. Also, due the fact that they have ‘Aura’ the hardworking friendly bot makes it more appealing for a toddler of his age to come here and stay for the night. As for the staff, they are a great bunch of people that will make your stay special. My kid have received from macaroons, fortune cookies to pocky sticks from them since the first time that we stayed here. I would also like to commend Fiqah, Jasmine and Sumi Koh from our recent stay for their customer oriented services that they have rendered to us. Two thumbs up for M Social!

Convenient, quiet, comfortable”

Great location - small markets and many restaurants close by to choose from, easy walking and access to the rest of the city. Nice layout for the room: bathroom with toilet and shower. Sink in the entry area, coffee maker and kettle. Sitting area with tv, and a patio outside. Bed upstairs. I was in Singapore for a brief stay (long layover between flights), and found M Social on agoda. Good hotel, would stay again. Cost was ~ 24-29 SGD for transport to/from the airport each way.

Exceptional”

M Social is a good hotel. Considering the price I paid and the location and the time of year it was good value. If you are looking for a more luxury hotel or service that goes above and beyond this is not for you. The rooms although small are well designed and comfortable to stay in. The gym is well equipped and the pool has a great view. Check in and trying to get service from the front desk was difficult at times. There was almost always a line and the process to get served was not well thought out at all. Just a small thing but can make a difference for some people. The breakfast was tasty and there were plenty of options although once again the layout and the ease of actually getting your food from the serving stations was not well thought out. It was always crowded and we had to wait at most stations to get the trays refilled. Just small concerns but can make a difference for some people.

modern living away from the city”

Located at Robertson Quay, staying at M Social gives off an away from home or city environment with the number of restaurant, pubs and attractions in the vicinity where we are able to catch a brief glimpse of the view of Singapore's skyline from the inifnity pool. Rooms may be a little small but the sleek design did not fail to disappoint us during our 1 night stay at the property. Staffs are also really dynamic and passionate in offering their services and welcoming us. Thank you for accommodating to our requests for a late check out even though its only extended for a room.

Wonderful stay for our 1st Wedding Anniversary! ”

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the colorful artwork on the walls. What caught my attention was definitely the vibrant tiles on the floor! Our check-in was a breeze, special arrangement was made for our one night stay in the hotel as it was our 1st Wedding Anniversary! We were also given complimentary welcome drinks by the staff. When we reached our hotel room, we were mesmerized by the glass everywhere! We absolutely loved our room! There were flower petals on our bed. The room was tidy and well kept too. Our check-out at 2pm the next day was also a breeze. The friendly & helpful staff, Mr Davidson, was polite & even offered to call a cab for us if we need. But we declined politely as we wanted to hang out awhile at the bar area before we called it a day. Overall, we loved our stay here & will definitely come again! Thank you M Social! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Short staycation”

As for the location, the nearest MRT is Clarke Quay station which will takes about 20mins if you know your way to Robertson Quay. However, i still give a 4 star grade mainly because of the ambiance within the area, you will not see crowds as in places like Orchard Road, it is a quiet area which comes with many good dining restaurants and drinking bars. Overall, it was an enjoyment staycation with my fiancee. We had a quality quiet time away from the crowds. The room was modern, well-furnished and most importantly, a comfortable bed. Will definitely consider Social M again for the rate paid.

Excellent”

M Social is a good little hotel in the heart of Robinson Quay with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Everything in Singapore is close by with excellent taxi service that never cost more than $12 or took more than 10 minutes. The rooms are small but functional with everything you might need. The restaurant and bar are great. M Social is good value for money.

Good stay; Cozy”

We had a good stay at M Social, and the room was cozy and had a nice design albeit a little too small. The staff was really nice to let us have an early check in without any prior notice. However, we did not like the fact that the sink was located within the room rather than in the toilet, and the room service was really slow (I had to make three calls before my adaptor came, though I think we were supposed to wait for the robot to bring it. It was really slow despite being a cool concept, so it certainly isn't for anyone who is in a rush). We also did not like that we had to pay for a bucket of ice, and collect it from the restaurant next to the hotel. Overall, the price was decent and location was great.
