I can see it is an old building from the toilet but the staff is friendly and willing to help. The room is spacious and clean. Air-con is new.

Affordable and clean, but depend on floor level, you may have a nice view or not. Utilities not complete, no toiletries, however facilities is easy to access, but a lot of street vendor may hinder you to get a car park especially in midnight. Recommend for backpacker, not recommended for business traveller.

The location of the hotel is okay. The major problem is parking. It's RM 2 per hour. Yeap, per hour. And there's max per day. Imagine staying for 3 days.. I'd not recommend for long stay.

Room not sound proof can hear people voice from outside and step. The front door still have big gap ..Toilet not so clean and the flush not function well. I can category as like hostel not hotel? But easy access LRT just walk infront and got a lot of stall to eat.

suitable for non-fussy solo travellers. Safety at parking lot is questionnable cz its dark. Location is superb if u need to work at nearby hospitals or buildings for few days but cant sleep bcause of noisy neighbours with families and kids. Not sound proof room. toilet roof ceiling was taken off and scary. overall ok for super short stay.

Good last minute choice for a short stay. Front desk service is friendly and helpful. Although the room is clean, there’s cockroach at night, since the hotel is above market areas. The hotel service should do something to avoid pest/insects. Also i realised the next morning after i checked out that i left my dearly clothes in the room, when i called they said the room service said “didn’t find anything”. Clearly they had threw/kept/took it. Disappointing experience to the sense of honesty of cleaning/room staffs. I would expect they would reach out again if they are to found customers’ belongings.

There was a rat keeping us awake and stealing our food. The water heater was not working well. The boiler was broken. Lift and hallways looks unsanitised. Room looks run down. Horrible.

The hotel is not a hotel it’s like apartment type, I supposed to stay there for 7 days but I just take the 1 day because I’m afraid to go out already at night , middle of the night there’s a black out and im so scared , the location is near the market place, the facility is old , the room is not clean specially the toilet full of rust ,noisy , receptionist is until 6pm only and no guard ,Not safe place for solo traveller

The receptionist was not there when i wanted to do an early check out, after 7 pm you can contact the security guard, For my case, It wasn't a solution, Ended very useless, He can only called the one in charge but didnt even go find him/her, just keep on saying his upstairs, More upsetting I've to catch my bus in TBS, It was nerve racking, For the check out procedure, It took a very long time, The security guard was very useless didnt even give a very good solution and making me so angry, After so long, The receptionist came down and said his shift was only until 7 pm. Use your brain for once, You think the hotel guests are only until 7 pm is it? If your shift is until 7 pm, You should get another worker for the other shift to cover the other,
