Good & Cheap place to stay”
Stayed there for 2 nights in May 2016. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a superior room, so the review is based on that. Pros: + good located in order to do sightseeing in the north and the south of Mandalay + bicycle (for free) and scooter rental (they also offer half day rental for scooters and motorbikes) + one of the cheapest hotels we stayed in Myanmar (always took double room with private bathroom during our trip in Myanmar) + good breakfast (noodles, rice, egg, toast, corn flakes, fruits) Cons: - breakfast was not available in time (breakfast time starts at 6am and breakfast was ready at 6.30) - friendly staff with english skills, but don't book a taxi at the hotel. prices are at least twice as high. Paid 6.000 Kyat to the ferry to Mingun (fortunately we shared the taxi with some others) and paid half the price back to the hotel which was still too high from our point of view, especially if you compare it with the taxi fares in Yagon. BUT you can book shared taxis there for example to Pyin U Lwin. Price was 5.000 Kyat per person which is quite reasonable I think. All in all we recommend this hotel. Very good value for money!

Perfect location and friendly staff”
The hotel is located near Mandalay Railway Station, Mandalay Palace and Mandalay Hill, so it's very easy to visit the most popular spots in town (apart from Ubein Bridge which is 15km from the town center). The staff are super friendly and helpful. They were attentive to details and helped us with everything we needed before we even asked for it. The rooms are clean and tidy, but hot shower does not function well.

Great hotel in central Mandalay”
The hotel is in central Mandalay, so right in the heart of the city and a couple of blocks from the fortress (on the south-western corner, so still a walk to get to the entrance). The staff were brilliant and always helpful, and I was upgraded to a deluxe that a great queen sized bed, satellite TV, and a bar fridge. The bathroom was perfectly clean, however the hot water took a good 10mins to heat up (not exaggerating) and the wifi is patchy at best. Breakfast is good, with a choice of ceral, the usual fried rice and noodles, fruits, and eggs on demand. No complaints here. I definitely would recommend staying here.

Wonderful hotel, excellent value”
Great hotel and amazing value for myanmar when booked online. It has good amenities in the rooms and lovely staff who are very helpful. Centrally located and very good breakfast, they even packed us food for our early morning ferry ride. We stayed here again when passing through Mandalay a second time.

Nice budget option in downtown Mandalay”
Located close to the market and the southwest corner of the royal palace. Mandalay has huge blocks so you'll need some form of transport to get anywhere farther than 2 blocks. Thankfully they let guests use the in-house bikes for free. Hotel is close to a grocery, money changers and a couple of teashops. Dinner options are a bit limited though - you need to use the bike. Breakfast was good for a budget hotel. The staff were really nice people - I think they are the best asset of this hotel!

I love this place very much. M3 allowed not only early check-in but also late check-out (mainly because the time I visited was not peak season- Oct 2018). Moreover, the staffs were very mindful and friendly. They assisted in looking for a taxi to tour around Inwa, Amarapura and Sagaing, as well as contacting the bus company to inquire our bus ride and translating our thoughts in Burmese. The price was definitely worth it!

Best for our situation at the time”
I traveled with a friend and we are more hostel and B&B kind of people. But for the lack of other options in Mandalay we found this hotel a nice compromise. The price is within our range and we can't complain about the location (the palace is just around the corner, walking distance to good Indian food). The staff is very helpful. I nicked one point off facilities because they did not have good helmets for the motorcycles that they rent out.

Good value for money”
We arrived with no reservation and found out that the walk-in price was more expensive than the online price for the cheapest room... 45 walk-in vs 23USD online. So we booked online in their hotel lobby with their wifi password. As the booking was last minute in the evening, we happened to be offered a free upgrade which was nice. Everything was fine except there was no hot water, only luke warm. Also, the breakfast was announced to be served starting 6am (we had to leave at 6:25am) and we arrived finding no hot noodles or rice ready yet since it was catered from outside the hotel. We did have hard boiled eggs, toast and some fruit though. Overall, good value for money...

Staying cheaply”
We were on our way out of Myanmar and needed somewhere for both us us to stay.. which was not a backpackers. Mandalay is very good with accommodation prices but we still wanted to take a good offer. This still wasn't worth it. We arrived and the Hotel was nice. Good location and fair rooms. We went out to have out last adventures for that afternoon. When we came back it kinda went down from there. Lying on the bed, we discovered the bedding hadn't been cleaned, dark hair was scattered over the bed and the sheets drawn to cover them up. We asked for the sheet to be changed and it eventually happened after a long awkward wait. Then getting ready to shower we discovered the same dark hair that was in the bed, scattered on the bathroom floor. Things kind of continued to be satisfactory or below the rest of the stay there. Breakfast did not leave you hungry but a very different option from other restaurants.

Good hotel but it is quite far from center to the tourist places. Free bicycle. Simple breakfast. Staff is very friendly and support much for booking taxi and guide us the best way to tourist place. Very nice for check out late.

This is a nice hotel. Nothing extravagant, but it does the trick for a few nights. The personnel were kind, let us check in at 4 am when we arrived (no extra charge for the night). Good breakfast buffet, including Mohinga, nice rooms and bathrooms, the walls were a bit worn though. Check out the Indian street food stalls in the evening on the very same street. Good stuff!!
