Room number wasn't indicated in the reservation. When I went to the building the Security asked for teh room number and they didn't accept the agoda booking confirmation. I had to contact Agoda customer service to reach out to the owner. It took 2 hours before I was able to get into the reserved room.

Be wary”

Not enough room to swing a cat. Apparently there was a double bed and sofa bed. The double was obvious, but not sure about the sofa bed. If the two chairs turned into one, than the lack of space and table between meant you couldn’t use it. After booking, a whole load of exorbitant additional extra charges were sent through I.e using excessive electricity etc. host would not respond until I contacted Agoda to remove this. Another charge was 1500 pesos for food left behind. Check cupboards etc as there was an open container of sugar hidden in the cupboard behind some material for the blinds. More charges as well that I have not experienced anywhere in Agoda, or through my 3 trips to the Philippines. Balcony door also did not close. Chose to stay elsewhere in Cebu city after travelling. Would not recommend this accomodation.

Everything you need is there its just that the tv connection keeps disconnecting, the wifi connection is really weak. the bed is only good for two, you can sleep in the couch tho but if you are tall/big one it is not recommended. no toiletries provided, the bath towels are really small so you have to make sure that you bring your own. the pool in the rooftop is nice

Fantastic weekend stay”

The building and its ameneties are cool. I checked in here in a weekend and i love the general vibe of the place. Simple yet cozy. The room is decent. It is airconditioned and got basic stuff inside. Fridge, stove, utencils, heater, etc. They might need to upgrade the flooring coz when you use the shower water can get out. Once you checked in you should not miss the infinity pool in the 17th floor, you can order food also in the cafe in the lobby coz it tastes good. Finally, the owner seems to be flexible with the check in and check out time. But better clarify it first when you book. Simple yet Awesome place anyway!
