This hotel deserve an extra star for the very friendly helpful & attentive staff like Alie , Lyn, Apple, Jayson & Julius. They deserve a pay rise for their hard work & dedications. The breakfast buffet is enticing with different menus everyday , Rooms are enormous, clean & well ventilated. The area is very close to Metro BTS Nana which is convenient for everything. Plenty of Thai massage shop around the area as well as restaurants & street foods. I will definitely stay again in this hotel if I will revisit BAngkok. Salute to all your friendly staff & Appreciate all their help with all our daily enquiries about metro stations & tourist areas. Thanks.

Excellent Services and Great Location”
This hotel is especially recommended for the super friendly staff and their help. The manager is pretty helpful and goes out of his way to make sure your stay is comfortable. The buffet breakfast is a highlight, especially for Indian travellers as they have Indian chefs + Thai ones making it. The taste is super good and there are enough options to make you full before you head out. They are accommodating to prepare less oil / chilly / customize something if needed in the same buffet if there is a special need. Overall, I would stay again if I visit Bangkok again - it is one of the best places I have stayed at.

- Nice receptionist, very helpful during smooth check in process. The welcome drink is very good too! - large room with amazing amenities and very clean - incredible buffet breakfast selection - great deal for the price - strategicalltmy located in Bangkok (walking distance from BTS station, lanes of restaurants and bars, fast food, night market, money changers and coffee shop - decent wifi speed across every corner of the hotel - highly recommended

Its main advantage is just walking distance from BTS Nana staion, so u can easily access throughot the bangkok for sightseeing and marketing ( e.g.. MBK, Siam, Terminal 21).. Another positive is breakfast menue which are rich, both veg and non veg, and lots of item. There will b free coffee and tea available at your room and refilled everyday.... Negative side is too poor wifi signal at terminal room such as 305,306 etc and furnitures are getting old... Room locker availabl... Have a good day... Khab khun kab.. :D

My family and I were very satisfy with the services at the hotel. Our experience was wonderful! The staff are also friendly and helpful. The bellboy helps me a lot when I have trouble communicating with the driver before going to the airport. The rooms were comfortable and clean as well.

Nothing wrong with this place, rooms were large. Bathroom could be cleaner, but nothing beyond what you'd expect at this price in Thailand. Not the best hotel I've stayed in, but certainly not the worst. If you are doing a hotel search for an affordable hotel, and this place comes up, i can see no reason not to stay

Excellent hospitality but a little bit old and dirty”
The staffs were very polite, humble and friendly. They gave us free orange juices while we were waiting for the check-in process. They also helped us to carry our luggages to our room. The room was a little bit old, the toilets were a little bit dirty. The bed was still comfortable to sleep. The location of the hotel is good. Only 5 minutes walk to reach the nearest BTS Nana station. Overall still okay and worth it because we booked this hotel with promo price.

Repairs”
I had to change the room this time due to the repairs and noise from all around. However, I go back to this hotel due to the quiet location, a short walk from the Metro and at the centre of all action, food choices (Mac, , you name it. You wouldn't get anywhere so much space for such a small price, conveneices and services. If the breakfast is part of the deal, it's worth it. Otherwise, the meals are overly priced. Mostly Indian or Asian. I'm glad they are renovating the rooms and fixing the plugs and lights where you need them. Except for the short 7 minutes walk to the metro, buses or eateries, there's no hassle. Recently, three restaurants (Bangladesh-Indian) and massage parlours have opened next to this hotels. Getting a taxi is a minute walk to Soi 11. The hotel is opened to Soi 7 and 11.
