Convenience and Comfort”
We enjoyed our stay at Macau Master’s Hotel. It is 10 minutes at a leisurely pace to Senado Square and all nearby attractions. The only time we took a bus was to Macau Fisherman’s Wharf and to and from the airport. Our room was very comfortable but the AC was too cold we had to turn it off during the night. The thermostat was not working. It was but A minor inconvenience to us. Breakfast choice is limited to Western and Chinese. It is a decently sized meal. Only one person staffed the coffee shop and she—-Cielo, a Filipino, spoke English well and was very efficient. The bus from the airport stops right at the door of the hotel and the bus to the airport picks up riders at the 7-11 store some meters away.. We will definitely recommend Macau Masters Hotel and will stay here again. A tip: ask for room that faces the harbour. Depending on where the room is, you may not get a full view as it is obstructed by a building behind the hotel. But do ask for harbour facing rooms.

Accessible Location”
I have no expectations when I booked at this hotel since we will only stay here for 1 night. I booked 2 rooms since we're 6 in the group. I checked their website and tried to sent email asking for directions but the email went back. ( I think email on their website is not working anymore). When we arrived at Macau via Turbojet we were approached by a fellow Fillipina and we asked for direction. She mentioned that we need to take bus 3A Praca Ponte Horte/Terminal but we're so excited so as soon as we saw bus 3A we hopped in. We took bus 3APortas Do Cerco Terminal so it took us an hour to figure our way back. Not everyone speak English as well and good thing the one that I asked when we got off at Portas Do Cerco Terminal showed us that way and he tried his very best that we should take another bus 3A Ponte Horte/terminal and we can see our hotel. It took us 30 minutes because it's traffic an it's raining. This is the last stop and as soon as we get off the bus we saw Macau Masters Hotel. The facade of the building is old and not that attractive but the inside is just fine. They charged the fee a 2 days before our stay so it was easy during check in.They have small cafeteria and lobby but clean. The elevator is also small so max of 3-4 per ride and you need your room key to get up to your desired floor. We were surprised to see our room because it's big with standard twin beds. There's also 2 chairs and table with cabinet and small ref inside. Their TV is also big and there's enough space to put things on the table. With complimentary drinks and water heater if you want to drink coffee. The restroom is big as well and with hot/cold shower and batch tub. They have extra bed sheets and comforters inside the cabinet and hangers for your clothes. There's enough bed pillows as well. The room is clean and they have room heater as well. There's free wifi as well. My nephew got too excited in opening cabinets and the door fell off but good thing he was able to move r

Location is perfect. Room is clean and staffs are friendly and helpful”
From macau outer ferry, took the sofitel ponte 16 free shuttle. Walk 5mins to the left and you will find macau masters hotel, they have 2 entrance at the middle & right of the building. Ruins of st paul etc is around 10mins walk. They also have good and cheap midnight foods around the corner (try the noodle & chinese restaurant on the 5 mins walk to the right of the hotel. The noodle is near a zebra cross, next to pharmacy. The chinese food is on its next, just walk to the left at the end of the road. Nicee!!)

Great value for money”
We got the deluxe room with twin beds for two nights. Room was spacious, clean, surprisingly adequate with very convenient amenities (special mention to plenty of sockets and a mobile phone that you can take with you outside to view maps and directions and enjoy unlimited calls and texts). Conveniently located near plenty of heritage sites, bus stops, restaurants and a convenience store. Hotel rates are expensive in Macau but Macau Masters, although not really cheap, is relatively affordable.

Pleasant stay”
We stayed for one night in Macau masters. The hotel is located at prime location. Most of the places are walking distance from the hotel. Staff is friendly and good. The only drawback is the bathroom which was very small.. Apart from that it was a good experience.

Good place to stay, clean room, excellent location, free mobile wifi”
We stayed in the hotel just to sleep. Bed and bath room are clean. Good AC. We were provided a free mobile wifi device. It's a good walking distance going to Ruins of St Paul Cathedral. We also just walked going to Wynn Macau for some of the shows, then rode the free shuttle going to Venetian and back to Fisherman's Wharf. We took a cab going back to the hotel. Overall, I like the location and it's one of the most affordable hotels in Macau.

Nice ”
Lovely and nice hotel even the location is a bit far from Macau central district. But it's not a big deal because the hotel is strategically situated along the bus routes either going to Taipa, Cotai, Coloane and Macau (central district) Peninsula. The bus stop is literally in front of the hotel. The staff are helpful and accommodating. The only drawback is the breakfast...it needs to reinvent.

Good location and value”
The hotel is located near the heritage sites. There are money changers, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. Bus stop is located in front of the hotel. The hotel can improve on some of its facilities (elevator), offer food/restaurant, and improve on cleanliness. Staff are very helpful even though some of them are not very good in English. Overall, service was great. I will recommend this hotel to visitors in Macau.

everything is good”
The cheapest best hotel at Macau, everything is prepared (eg: coffee, hair dryer, security box, spare teeth brush...) and location definitely quite okay (near to the most lively street in Macau & those hot points such as Ruins of St. Paul). Room is big clean, pretty deco corridor but physical building look agely. Bus station just right in front the hotel, convenience to get there.

Great Location ”
The bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Just take "MT4" from the airport then can reach the hotel directly (MOP 4.20 per pax). Walking distance to the food street. Hotel staff is friendly. Across the road to the opposite direction, take 26A (MOP 5 per pax) to the airport. Location is great for the traveler. We will stay again if we visit to Macau in the future.

Value for Money”
Nice clean place to stay and easily accessible by public transport with just 3-5 mins walk from the bus stop. Also walking distance to Senedo Square and the Ruins of St. Paul and the Fortress. There are also many shops and eateries around the corner and there is no need to go far for anything. Everything is functional in the room and it’s clean, comfortable and the aircon & hot water showers are working. Maybe the bed is a bit hard, but I guess that’s normal in most hotels in Macau and Hong Kong too, as the locals love to sleep on hard beds! Wifi may be a bit lagging in the room but no issues in the lobby. The staffs there are generally helpful (esp. the lady receptionist Jenn) and they could understand & speak adequate English, unlike most locals there only speaks Cantonese.

Beyond Expectation”
We came in a group of 11 person, the front office assigned two of double rooms out of all to a family room. The family room is big and came with sofa and balcony. The location is close to the old Macau's tourist spots and very easy to move around. The bus stop from airport is right in front of the hotel. The front desk staff is friendly to guide us how to walk to the tourist spot. Two Stars for this hotel is low, I grade it 3 stars. For my next visit to Macau, this hotel is my first choice.

a good budget option for expensive macau”
Hotel weekend rates in Macau tend to go skyhigh so at least there are more reasonable options like this one; location was good within walking distance from the main attractions in Macau. Facilities are quite basic but a budget traveller should not expect those frills found in more expensive hotels. The only thing I was not too pleased about was the breakfast where it was the same fare everyday; the restaurant signage says there was a choice of western or chinese breakfast but it seems the chinese breakfast was unavailable when I asked for that.

Great location, Helpful staffs”
The hotel location is great! You can take a bus MT4 from Macau Airport (MFM) to the hotel directly as the bus stop is just right in front of the hotel. It is also in a walking distance to Senedo Square; otherwise, it is only a bus stop away!
