“5-Day Stay at Mad Monkey's”
Good points: * Staff are friendly and accommodating - they even attended to my other requests such as borrowing phone charger and sim slot opener. * Common places are regularly cleaned. * Rooftop bar is very lively. * The 8-bed shared room i stayed in was big enough. I didn't feel we were cramped in. For improvements: * Shower in room 206 had very weak pressure. Realised on my last day that it was leaking thats why there's less water coming out. * Suggest having shower curtain to avoid getting the whole restroom floor wet when someone showers. * Ensure to put foot rag outside the restroom so people wouldnt be walking around the room with wet feet/slippers. * Put wifi extension in cafe. The receptionist told me wifi can reach the cafe but when i went, wifi can only be accessed when you're sitting on the first table from the entrance. * Wifi connection is weak as well when you are inside the room. * Automate or ensure to tell all guests to always lock the door. There's people coming in who aren't checked in because of the roodtop bar and the rooms are very accessible to them. Some guests dont have a habit of locking the door always.
