Such a nice hotel”
I just spent one night at the hotel but it's a really nice hotel and left me a good impression. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. The bed is so comfortable that I just wanted to wake up late in the morning. The room is clean & at a good standard. I'm totaly satisfied with this hotel and will recommend my friends to stay here if they go to Phan Thiet.

Nice and new hotel, but not good location”
This hotel is a way from town. It is good for someone wants a quiet time. Even hotel is very new but facility is eroded by sea-water. The wave and wind are too strong here. it is difficult to swim. Room is big. Breakfast is good. I dont know why they dont have staff at the pool as other resort.

i love this resort , it gave me a comfortable holidays with my girlfriend . the staffs are friendly , bicycle is free . special the beach is beautiful and natural . I think this place will be first choice for my vacation in near future . Thanks to give me great vacation .

Not impressed ”
The resort was beautiful but it was overshadowed by all the problems we had . We came into our room to find urine all over the toilet seat which is not a big deal but later that night when we were sleeping on our bed we realized it also smelled strongly of urine. When we went to the front desk to inform them of this problem they were not at all surprised. They switched us to another room that had problem with the lock on the door so we were constantly getting locked in and out of our room. If you like the smell of urine this place is for you. Not impressed.

Overall OK stay”
The hotel is at Suoi Nuoc so it is about 20km from the main beach stream. It is much less busy area with cleaner beaches and sea but not for action seekers. The hotel was OK, however there were on going construction on the beach area which made it unusable - ended up going to a close by Jibe's club for sun bathing. The swimming pool is very good, so is the food, rooms are good sized, very clean and well attended to. Staff is trying its best to please you and be helpful. Everything else demands much improvement - bed sheets, oversized pillows, yellowish water in the sink and purely controlled water stream in the shower. As well, the ~14" LCD TV in the room is a joke - who had thought to put such TV in a hotel built at 2013?

Location is bad”
It wasn't too bad. Valued of money and earnd experiences since we like to discover. I just feel sorry for them if I share these specific issues below, since the location they choose to do the business is going down: 1. Horrible location: my family went by car, but we still freak out since it is so far like 30 mins to the center. And the resorts around are closed, broken, and deep in forest with no road lights at night. Very creepy until you see the resort :) feel so sorry for those who have to wait for taxi, or there may not be any taxi want to pick customers there. So if you stay inside only and check out daylight. You'll be fine. 2. Room facilities is so poor and old and sticky Well, the pool was okay, the sea was fine but be careful since the resort lightguard is none.

Hotel at Mui Ne”
Overall the hotel is good, all facilities are available such as pool and gym. The hotel is in front of the beach but we can't swim there as the wind and waves are very strong and unsafe, especially for the children. The hotel is far away from the central of the city or villages, so it's good for travellers who looking for a deserted place but not good for whom going for party or close to bar or looking for music. The taxi also neither stand by around the hotel, very difficult to find, we have to order via receptionist and waiting till the taxi arrive, so you have to spend the time around 30 minutes before you got the taxi. The water tap also very bad, I got the room with small flow of water. One more thing, the hotel is located between white sand dunes and red sand dunes, so the hotel is close and good enough for travelling to both of areas. For the moslem, there is very difficult to get the halal food, we have to find grilled fish and noodle with halal mark on the cup or package.

We had a bad experience with this resort. It does not deserve a 4-star-level because of poor service at the restaurant, too many trees and so dark in the resort, mosquitoes in the room ... In our opinion, it is only at 3-star-level resort.

this hotel is not at good location. The room big but the facilities were not great. There is not security guard at swimming fool so that you have to be careful if travel with children.

Good Room condition, but quite tricky advertisment”
We booked for Ocean view room, and the staff provides us a room without any Ocean view. They say the Building was name "Ocean view". We complained for that, then they change us to another room, with minor ocean view. Room was in good condition, clean, extremely large room. It is quite far away from locations, so it took lots of time travelling

Potable water had a yellow colour and I thought it was not potable but I had to use for bathing ( we had to use bottled water for drinking and teeth brushing ). After a day there, I regconised that the resort hadn't recruited enough personnels

They should tear this place down and start over”
A decent location is wasted on this sad excuse for a resort. If you want indifferent staff, gross buffet breakfasts, paint peeling from the walls in your room, go for it. Also a must try if you would like the singular experience of your knees touching the opposing wall of the bathroom while seated on the toilet.

Need more maintenance properly.”
The equiptments have not been maintenance properly,the sink cannot be drained , the water is not hot enough ,the room and bed sheet is smelly and the toilet is not clean.No elevator for the 3rd floor which we stayed and the key card didn't work when we got in so that we had to lost the time to wait for the key, but the staff changed the room immediately once we requested. Staff can not communicate in English well , make us a bit mess when we checked in. The hotel is located in long distance . But nice pricate beach.
