Room design is very tacky. Kamar nya norak”
Location is nice, with an amazing view (hotel restaurant). But the rooms, don't get any of that view. Room design is very tacky, and uncomfortable. pillows and blankets are smelly, you could hear rats running across the ceiling. Hot water is not working properly. Know that it is very cold there, that we prefer not to even shower without the hot water.

No hot water, room without window, extremely noisy”
We had no hot water, no window, no free wifi. The room was located below the place where they keep their dogs. As dogs ran across the room regularly, our room was shaking it was impossible to sleep. At 7:00 am renovation work started to add onto this noise. Definitely not recommended!

Hotelnya sebenarnya cukup strategis di pinggir jalan, dekat dengan banyak coffee shop yang viewnya bagus, namun hotelnya kurang terurus, mungkin karena pandemi yang lalu, namun pegawai disana baik2.

Chambre non isolée (courants d'air +++par la porte ), non insonorisée, pas de wifi captable dans notre chambre . Draps sales , pas de vraie salle de bain , petit déjeuner local(pas d'autre choix) beaucoup trop épicé pour des touristes Avec propreté douteuse , responsable de l'hôtel peu à l'écoute ,axé business .

Saya menginap dengan 2 kamar, pertama datang disambut dengan baik oleh pak Sabran, beliau ramah dan cekatan, shampo,sabun,sikat gigi dan pasta gigi serta handuk disiapkan dengan baik....saya memberikan penghargaan terbaik buat pak Sabran (staf kebersihan)...karena keramahan beliau,kami jadi nyaman.sekedar catatan beberapa kamar perlu perbaikan,karena sudah lama tidak ada yang menempati (efek pandemi),...view nya indah dan suhu dingin saat malam hari mencapai 12°C,daerah yg kaya oksigen terasa segar paru2 kami...semoga madu sari hotel semakin sukses dan banyak pengunjung.

The hotel is quite dirty, the blanket smells very bad and there are many stains as if it hasn't been washed for a long time, the hot water doesn't work properly, sometimes it's too hot, there are small flying cockroaches in the room, very unclean.

I got room number 1 (Yudistira). Actually, the room is spacious, divided into 3 rooms: bedroom, bathroom, and another room (with a large table, probably for dining). The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub and hot water. However, some lights in the room are not working (1 light above the bed and the light in the dining room); the bathtub is a bit dirty and when I tried to clean it, there was hair in the drain hole, and the sink didn't work so I had to brush my teeth and wash my face in the bathtub; the windows are transparent and there is a window without curtains (in the dining room) which directly faces the forest/empty land, it's very creepy at night. Honestly, I had to move to another hotel to sleep at night, I just left my belongings here and came back in the morning. Actually, if this hotel is better maintained, it could potentially receive good reviews, even with a higher rental cost. Especially with the tourism activities in Bali starting to resume. Hopefully, it will be better in the future.
