Friendly staff, superb location”
For second consecutive year, we checked in with Ms Rita. She kindly gave extra access card and allow us to check in on time. The staffs are friendly and helpful, room is very comfortable with variety of breakfast to choose. The dimsum are too die for! Cheap and tasty! The management did a great job to restore the swimming pool. They even added a beautiful divider/partition to separate the pool from the cafe. However, ceiling for floor 3 are in bad condition, in dire need of renovation. Holes, water dropping from the ceiling outside our room makes the floor slippery.

This hotel was newly renovated. Before it was named Hotel Kota Baru and change into Maestro Hotel. The hotel not in the city center but you can easily order gocar and wait at the lobby to be pick up. The hotel was nice and clean, I only paid for 350k IDR for one night including breakfast. The breakfast taste was good. Definitely will stay at this hotel again when I come to Pontianak.

just add staff hospitality and this hotel would be perfect. the only staff who give me a greeting only the room cleaning staff. Receptionist, security, and the staff at restaurant, no one say Hi when meet the customers. overall this a good hotel and worth the price. will stay there when going back to Pontianak.

I must admit initially maestro was not my first choice to stay, I booked this one because other chain hotels were fully occupied, beyond expectation this hotel is very clean and comfortable. the bed linen smells good, the mattress and pillow were excellent, proper hot shower room and good optional breakfast (local menu) I would love to come back on my next visit to pontinak

I really enjoyed my stay here , friendly staff, good breakfast with omelette station, and clean room. my only complaint was that the pool was a bit small for lap swimming. internet was surprisingly among the fastest connection I've ever had in Indonesia. I'll be back the next time I'm in pontianak (:

Clean Hotel ”
Clean Hotel near mosque. So we don't have issue to pray at Hari Raya. There's hospital across the hotel, grocery store and also famous meat ball called Bakso PSP. Swimming pool located at the same floor with restaurant. Room is perfect. Shower completed with hair dryer, regular amenities. Hot water also stabil, so we no need to worry if it getting hotter when we take shower. Parking spaces can accommodate around 20 cars or less. Security can assist to park our car so we can give the key to them. Variety and taste of the food is quite good. We'll recommend this hotel to our friends.

Great hotel with nice rooms and friendly staff. From the arrival to the departure we were very happy. The room was very clean and comfortable. The manager even approached us at breakfast to ask if everything was fine and if there was anything extra we might need. The breakfast was the best of our trip, both in variety and quality. No complaints at all, would stay there again.
