Logement au calme, en bas d'Avoriaz, avec balcon donnant sur les lacs artificiels. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour correct à 3 personnes. Prix raisonnable.
Il s'agit d'un logement qui date des années 70 avec les marques d'usures liées à son âge. L'espace salon-cuisine pourrait être réaménagé avec un seul grand divan-lit car le lit du séjour (banquette + sommier d'une personne) n'est pas confortable pour une 4 ème personne La salle de bains a besoin d'une rénovation, du moins au minimum la robinetterie et la chasse d'eau du wc.
