It was a bit disappointing as there was no water in the bathroom. We could not take a shower . We paid roundish 5k a night, you should get what you paid for. But overall, it was okay. We liked the place. Spacious and relaxing. I hope there will be an improvement next time we visit.

I like their staff. Very accommodating. We love the pool! Clean. Surroundings are well maintained. I wish they would put a net under so that debris won't go near the beach area. Rooms are a bit fine but manageable. Overall, we love it and we enjoyed our stay. Excellent service makes it good 👏

All is well. Shout out to the restaurant and pool staff, they are very nice people. Room was awesome, food is great, pool was amazing, the place is very relaxing. I just hope to have a chat with the manager next time. But all is perfect. We will come back.

Executive rooms are large, modern and stylish, with great bathrooms. Basic rooms are small, basic and not so well-finished or maintained. Strangely almost no rooms face the Ocean despite the abundance of land on site. Nice views from shore front and pool. Beach is just fine most of the time but of course after a storm there's a lot of stuff in the water. Kayaking is fun, but not so much else to do nearby. A few more activities would be good. Food is pretty limited, especially fresh and healthy stuff. Staff are friendly and helpful. Book an executive room and come prepared. On balance, I'd stay again.

Totally upset with their internet connections”
Me and my husband expect too much for their executive room even if it is too much costly we reserve for it in the weekend to relax..the couch was smell bad we cant tolerate it their bath tubs are too untidy mu son wont even try to take bath on that the water is so stinky and the food they dont eve n male their guest realize what would be a guest in executive room will feel food are all the same even though u get the cheapiest room or not...will not be back again.

Awesome pool ”
The view from the pool is absolutely sensational, the breakfast was yummy, the cost of Neils what is reasonable,. The resort is close to outside restaurants and a town, which is not far away if you have your own transport. The standard rooms are pretty basic, The bathroom whilst quite a unique and nice feature, being open air, partially. When it rains the bathroom floods, which adds an extra degree of adventure to your stay. The grounds, underneath the coconut tree and the fox tail palm trees are sensational, the beach probably should be cleaned up by the staff, so that high tide litter is not scattered around. The staff were accommodating and friendly, the booking process through Agoda was seamless. It’s a lovely place.

Big quad rooms and we enjoyed the swimming pool. However shower and toilet in the room smells like canal. Walls are thin and you can hear loud and shouting people from the other room. No mini ref and water heater.

Holy week stay”
The resort is spacious and the infinity pool is excellent. The view is breathtaking. The food is a little bit pricey yet delicious. The rooms on the other hand lack of some items. Like rug and door handle in the cr. No mini ref. Unlike other resorts/hotels with same rate. And the top of the cr is open, we worry that someone might see us. Overall, we enjoy our stay.
