Magnificent Mile hotels & accommodations

The location is very convenient, most of the places can easily be reached by foot. Housekeeping staff was excellent and made sure the room was in immaculate condition. I initially booked a higher floor room caus I read that the siren sounds can be disturbing. I needed last minute accommodations for a business meeting on upscale Oak Street and found this hidden gem just a couple blocks north on Dearborn. Quiet residential location just a couple blocks from the action of Rush and Michigan Avenue. I was traveling alone so the small room with queen bed was fine for my one-night stay. The food in the restaurant was mediocre...

From our arrival to departure the Omni Chicago shined. The staff was helpful, but not intrusive. The suite was clean, spacious and well designed. We had a delicious breakfast at the restaurant before a busy day at the museums. The pool and hot tub provided a few moments of needed relaxation at the end of the day. We will be back.

If you would like a hotel which is centrally located in Chicago, Doubletree would be a great option. 3 mins walking distance to Magnificent mile, 10 mins to Navy pier and close to main tourist attractions However, for those driving, parking is expensive at $50 per day. Cheaper option is to park opposite at $33 per day. No free WiFi in the room, only limited to lobby su...

The things that I appreciated about Inn of Chicago: great location (with reference to Magnificent Mile); straightforward, classic, no-frills room structure/design; free, fast wifi; room cleaned everyday (it was so nice to come home to a kept room every day); inexpensive relative to other hotels nearby. Points for improvement: may "update" or design their rooms; their a...

I selected the Cambria because my son was having surgery at Lurie Children's Hospital and the hotel is right next door - literally a 2 minute walk. Great location! Very clean with a very cool vibe. Updated - although still undergoing renovations which was a little inconvenient but not bad (reason for 4 star rating on facilities). Best part - the staff! Exceptional!...

The nicest features of the hotel include a comfortable bed, relatively quiet room, and a great location on the magnificent mile a block away from the John Hancock building and two blocks from the Water Tower. Hotel has a great atmosphere and wonderful facilities. I booked through a third party and have had difficulties with the information being passed to the hotel correctly in the past so I called the hotel before check in to make sure everything was smooth upon arrival, I am glad I did because there were a couple discrepancies. Hotel staff was patient and helpful and got ...

I am not going to over criticize this property because I believe the staff make every effort to provide you with a nice experience. The problems mainly involve dated facilities, unclean and unstocked common area bathrooms (particularly the lower level under lobby) and the outrageously over priced parking. Our room included a mini fridge which stayed warm and a small ...

The check in process was a little slow. Check in was at 3, we arrived a little after 3 and there were no rooms available yet. This comes after wandering around the city for a few hours because our train arrived at 1230, we knew it would be to early to Check in. They did let us store our luggage while we waited which was nice. The lady at the counter was super nice and...

My daughter and I and her friend and mom stayed over the last weekend. It was the perfect location, close to the shopping we wanted to do (specifically the American Girl Place) and we were also right across the street from the trolley pickup for the Christmas light tour we were doing. We didn't need to access the car a single time until we left again because everythi...

We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation, the suite was well equip ed and spacious; the room was cleaned to a very high standard and made up on a daily basis. Crowne Plaza Hotel Chicago Magnificent Mile is really a good value for Money. It is ideally located in Magnificent Mile. The room is very clean, comfortable and spacious. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The weird thing is about the refrigerator. There is a censor which is supposed to charge you automatically when you remove a bottle.

The location is fantastic and there’s a beautiful bar on the rooftop. I was just a little disappointed in the cleanliness- granola bar wrappers, old water bottles, wet towels left around after the room was cleaned. We also were also charged additional meals on our room service which was a bit surprising. Glad I reviewed the bill. The charge was removed after we contest...

There is a large shopping centre located right across the hotel amd there is a large shopping shopping district a few blocks north. The hotel is located about a block away from the famoust Magnificent Mile. Our check-in was greeted by friendly front desk personnels and it was swift and fast. Came for a Bulls game again, second time in two years. The stay was just as good as the previous time. Did some online shopping before I arrive and had them all sent to the hotel, who kept the packages for me until I arrive. Excellent service indeed. Nice place very close to all the main attractions, and bonus of being a block from Lake Michigan. Tucked in among high rise luxury condos. Area felt very safe, nice change from regular tourist hotels along the main drag. One suggestion would be to add towels and sanitizing wipes in the fitness room.
