Better than my disney hotel!”
We had a great time in this hotel! The staff was super polite! And despite the horrid reviews I read about room cleanliness, this hotel had cleaner rooms than my disney hotel. The whole room just smelled clean. Huge rooms, great pool and Jacuzzi, made to order breakfast and only $36/night? We will definitely stay here again!

An Ok Hotel”
It was ok, I know this hotel can be rated a 5 star if they remodel. Every time my family goes to Orlando, we always stay at this Hotel which before used to be called Ramada but now is Magnuson, this time some of the rooms didn't have the door handle and were covered in duck tape which was a little creepy but I just hope that is because the hotel is being remodeled. I hope that whomever bought this hotel and named it Magnuson, remodels all the rooms and take that smell of mold and stain carpet out so magnificent can go with the name of the hotel Magnuson. I will still keep going to this hotel as besides that, it is still a good hotel and best of all, it is close to everything. Thanks.

Issues, but still a bargain”
This was our fourth stay at this hotel, dating back to when it was a Ramada. It was recently acquired by Magnuson, who promised to update the hotel, however we have seen o evidence of that so far. When we were there a month ago, the internet was down, and one of the two elevators was broken. These things were still an issue. In addition, the in-hotel restaurant is now closed, the hot tub broke twice while we were there and the "heated" pool was ice cold. There are a large number of rooms that are apparently permanently sealed, adding an abandoned feeling to the hotel. It's in bad need of maintenance in many places. The interior is threadbare and outdated. There was mold in our bathroom and a general musty smell in our room. Our in room hairdryer had obviously caught fire at some point, and was not replaced. All of the exterior doors are unlocked and accessible to anyone despite the fact that there is signage saying you need a key card to open them. Anyone off the street can just wander in. Last month there was a nasty used popsicle stick sitting on top of the emergency fire alarm on the the floor. A month later, it was still there. All that being said, it's relatively cheap and comfortable, and when we go to Orlando, it isn't to enjoy the hotel. It's just a place to sleep to us, and as far as that goes, it meets those requirements. I really would love to see this hotel get the love it deserves. It has a great location and lots of potential, it just needs a lot of love to turn it into what it could be. I had hoped the new owners would do it, but it isn't looking that way. Also, if anyone at Magnuson reads this review, PLEASE consider getting rid of the timeshare people in the lobby. I'm already in Orlando, I already have my tickets, and I don't want to be hounded about your timeshare presentation every time I enter or leave the hotel. I get enough of that at every other restaurant or store I go in while I'm down there.

Needs a MAJOR Renovation”
I don't consider myself a hotel snob. I don't need anything fancy but I very much appreciate a clean and updated hotel. My first red flag was that many of the doors were missing door knobs and replaced with duct tape. The room had visible mold and mildew and the sheets had holes in them. The bedskirts had visible stains and so did the carpets. The first room we were in had a wet floor by the air conditioning. My mom had to use her nebulizer during the night because the mold and mildew was so bad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Average hotel suited towards family with kid”
Families looking for a kid-friendly resort on a budget may favour this hotel as it comes with indoor heated pools, food and a play area. The room I stayed in was old and had a slight musty smell. The carpeted corridors outside the rooms also had slightly unpleasant smell along certain parts. Do note that the Wi-fi connection is not very stable, some of the guest relations staff can be curt too.

1st visit to Disney”
Our stay was pleasant. This Hotel is gross. Dirty carpet in the rooms. There was a roach on our room door when we arrived. It smelled musty and damp. The furniture was falling apart and dirty. There was NO food at the hotel at all and no way to warm food if you were lucky enough to bring it along. Next time will definitely spend a little more for nicer accommodations.

Wanting More”
The indoor pool was so cold that my children couldn't swim in it. The safe didn't work. The employees of the hotel were nice but no one could help me contact agoda. None of the phone numbers were helpful in that I would have had to make an international long distance phone call. Booking through agoda was frustrating, I couldn't contact anybody and the hotel staff couldn't help me contact them either

Awful hotel.”
The best thing about the hotel was that I only booked one night! I almost booked it for two nights. This hotel was a disappointment. The room was blah. The TV was 20 years old and about 20 inches. The Internet didn't work. When I called the front desk to tell them the Internet didn't work, I was told that it was working, and it had worked that day...not offered any help. The next morning my husband told the front desk about the Internet. The woman offered him free breakfast for our family. The breakfast tasted okay, but we had to wait over 45 minutes for our food after we ordered (we also didn't get part of our order). My entire family was very upset.

Most things were broken - the Wi-Fi, some fitness (which does not open till 7am!), the spa the first night, the elevator off and on, etc. The staff was okay, made some mistakes making wait time to check in double, etc. The indoor pool was VERY, VERY cold. The most annoying part was the elevator; half the time it was stuck and the other half made you wonder if you'd make it to the top. Still, overall the place has an older character about it; I would probably stay again.

Horrible experience ”
This hotel was horrible has bed bugs roaches. The whole experience was not good overall, I stayed in a kids suite and those were the conditions. Horrible customer service, I guess the do not know the definition of "hospitality"! I asked to speak with manager several times after false charges were made to my credit card by the hotel with out authorization, the manager could not seemed to be reached. This will be the last time I ever stay at this hotel.

The hotel is not clean and looks like it is falling apart. The whole place smells of mold. You will book a room online, I bboked a family suite, and they will give you a cheap room that is not what you booked. There are also extra cost to stay there that they don't disclose until after you check in.

Filthy ”
Booked a suite when I arrived they gave me a standard double bed room... Not acceptable... Explained this to the man at desk he was more than accomadating however the room that my husband and I stayed in was disgusting the carpet was filthy, the bathroom didn't appear clean, and my husband and I were attacked by bed bugs. Well overpriced for such conditions. Definitely won't stay here again.
