Clean & Convenient ”
The hotel is located Conveniently in walking distance from the store, fast food and less than 1 mile from Interstate 10. The room was very clean, no sign of roaches or bedbugs. Bed was comfortable. And it's the only hotel I've ever stayed that has Roku smart TV in every room.

Labor Day weekend stay”
On Labor Day weekend ,Biloxi and the surrounding areas hotels were almost all booked solid. The week before Hurricane Ida had hit New Orleans. So my choice of a place to stay was very limited. I booked this hotel reading poor reviews hoping they were exaggerated, they were not. The room was very outdated. Chicken bone on the air conditioner, cigarette but on floor by night stand. (Non smoking room)Linen stained , I had to go to the office to get towels, bathing supplies. They have very hot water. Front door had to be shoved to open and close. I couldn’t find an ice machine, no breakfast, no coffee. Kids were upstairs from us and they ran all day and night it seemed. The good thing is a McDonalds is just up the road. I enjoyed our stay OK but I will not do it again at this hotel.

Don’t bother”
We stayed 1 night and it took over 30 minutes to get checked in. The first room they were still cleaning(,we checked in after check in time) . Second room we couldn’t get the key to work. Third room was cleaned but had no bedding. ( couldn’t call the desk, there was no phone in room. )I went and found the cleaning ladies and they came and made the bed. The hotel is very old. The room needed painted, the bath tub had jets but one of as out and just left a hole in the tub, I took a shower and almost fell because it was very slick. It was a no smoking room but we could smell the smoke. No cups to takes pills with or just have a drink of water . They did have a coffee maker in room but a little useless without cups. The vents in the bathroom had no vent covers on them and they were rusted and full of dust. Totally gross.

Wouldn't stay here again”
Had to wait almost 2 hours for our room to be cleaned and ready for check in, quite a lot of shady folks staying there like locals that live out of the place, loud noises throughout the night people fighting doors slamming, I'd definitely not stay there again, was a bit cheaper than others but found out why, get what you pay for there.

Bad run down hotel”
Very run down, poor quality and customer service. Booked room online, arrived late, was told. They were closed. Had to argue that I had already booked a room. Then dude came down. Reluctantly gave me a room after staying I shouldn't have been able to purchase online. Room decent cleaned. Nice tub. Definitely a trap spot though.

I have nothing good to say about this motel. No one at the reception desk till after 3:00pm. Motel looks like it's use as a low income housing facility. Inside my room had strong mildew like oder. Made all my clothes smells for days. Had cockroach crawling around on the floor. No hot water to take shower till checkout time. They need a bigger hot water tank. Had a TV in my room but no working channels. Ask for a no smoking room and my bed cover had cigarette burn holes in it. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

This place was a joke..what they say and do is different story..there is free breakfast, there is no blue water pool, there is no maid service..Hope one towel and same bedsheet can last your whole stay..they charged me twice and refuse to give money back..they had office locked so access..lady at window was unfriendly as they come. Bathroom was nasty..Simply stay away rip off and I hope someone doesn’t go through the misery I did.

A true pit - horid”
Paint coming off the walls and doors. Door coming off the hinges. One lock broken and deadbolt would not engage unless you lifted the door into place. No non-slip straps in tub and very slippery. No blankets on beds. Just topsheet and comforter. We had to fix the curtain- it was falling off the rod. We only submitted to staying there one night because EVERYTHING ELSE was all booked up. Avoid this place.

We were wasting her time. Tile floors were dirty. Lavatory sink p trap had a hole in itchy. It leaked all over the bathroom floor. TV was a TCL Roku TV. Pool was dirty water
