the system at hotel not really good / staff not really well trained ”
when i reach to the hotel , the staff told me no room is booked based on booking ID i screenshot to them. i was like wtf is your staff equipped with enough training or your computer system lousy not yet synchronized? after ding dong for quite a long time, they said is the computer system problem and allow us to enter the room, and pay rm 50 refundable deposit. room condition is worth the price paid.

I used to bring my siblings to stay here if they have an intrview. So its great to stay here. The toilet is clean, bed was really nice, friendly staff and they even had guard to secure the hotel at night. Thumbs up. 😊

This place is very clean. Strategic. Got mini market and lots of food stall. Easy to access . The room is comfortable and the air conditioning well functioned . Suitable for travellers that want to stay for a night. Very recommended this place to others. Value for money. The bathroom is clean. The room also tidy n neat. Water heater well functioned. Everything excellent.

Hotel was acceptable for the price. Not super clean, sink had hair, behind bathroom door had moss. Worse was the noise; could hear conversations at the reception, hotel bells... The good thing was the water had good pressure and the room was comfy enough

The room was perfect for a single traveler, big enough. but the sound from the front desk like moving chair, etc can be heard inside the room in the ground floor. They should improve the soundproof or the staff should be considerate.

Best located with necessity amenities. Fast access for food and sundries. Quiet and pleasant during night. Slightly noisy during the day time and mornings. TV channels needs to be upgraded. Only 1 channel works throughout. Otherwise will rate it as good and reasonable.

good option for short stay. The hotel was pretty clean and tidy for a budget hotel. But the room, masyaAllah very small though. nasib baik me and my husband is smol person, or else nak masuk pintu pun xmuat ya. xd space lamgsung for a standard queen room. soace nak solat xde. sangat2 sempit for us yg kecil shj ni. Bilik cadar and importantly toilet sangat bersih. to bawah meja solek ada sepuntung rokok 🥲. Overall okay selesa nak berjimat and nak selesa for short stay recommended 🫶🏻

床单有血迹，床单很多头发，好像根本没换过，地上黏黏的，没提供冲凉水，洗头水，电视机坏，桌子椅子全都是灰尘，供给的矿泉水也全是灰尘，毛巾很臭，大门不能反锁，如工作人员有key就能进来了。
