We enjoyed our 3 day stay there. The location is very nice, surrounded by restaurants and a 5 minute walk from the beach. The room is clean and has a good AC. It’s a good price and convenient location.

The staff and service at hotel is 5 star. The entire staff were so helpful and responsive. They went above and beyond by spending an hour assisting me with a non profit project that was I working on. So grateful to this staff !

Clean, affordable & walking distance to the beach 🏖 ”
First impression was the receptionist very friendly and allowed me to check in earlier (3 hours ) without charging me any penny. The room was very clean, Air conditioning (AC) worked very well. many restaurant nearby including vegetarian options.

Staying during Covid-19 ”
I stayed here during Covid-19, no tourist, perhaps that's why the room rate was cut down significantly. No staff or room service but still I could enjoy breakfast served by the owner - Mr Wayan. He is a good and polite man.

Great value hotel in good location in Sanur”
Sanur is one of my favourite places in Bali and Mahalaksmi Boutique Hotel is good value. A couple of things. 1) It's not on the beach, which I knew and suited me anyway as it's in the heart of southern Sanur and a short walk to the beach and some great hangout restaurants. 2) There's no lift, so stairs are operative. The staff will carry your bags up and down for you. The restaurant is vegetarian, and is excellent. I eat meat, but am OK with decent vegetarian food. Definitely great value and I would stay again.

Great budget hotel in Sanur, the rooms are clean, the staff are very friendly. Good international tv channels and Wi-fi is good. I’ve stayed in 3 different deluxe rooms at the hotel, which are on the upper floor and had windows, were spacious with a desk and a safe to use. I’ll be staying here again in future.

Great location and fabulous pool!”
Pros- in a vibey area of Sanur, walking distance to the beach. Although not the prettiest of beaches, there are a lot of bars and restaurants. The hotel has a really lovely indoor/ outdoor pool. Cons- vegetarian only, although not really a con, it is just something you should know before hand. We had a delicious vegetarian breakfast!

Good Price Value”
I find this hotel price is more affordable than others in the same class. The room is bigger than most hotels, and the facility is good (a lot of cable tv channels, swimming pool, complete bathroom equipment, etc). The location is right on the main street, so there are a lot of restaurant/cafe/minimart around the hotel, reachable just by walking.

I have stayed here a few times now and every time has been fantastic. Just stay for meeting. Got standard room which is in a ground floor facing their small outdoor pool, has no window but the sliding front door made by blur glass and covered by curtain so it’s make it look like a big window. Spacious room and surprisingly big shower box, you can shower together with other 3 people inside. TV channels are great, you find it every fave channel people’s choice. Breakfast is all vegan. There is no elevators. Very very nice front desk staff. She helped me with doing copy of my documents that I needed to bring in the next day. Also the bellboy who did a great job for changing our sheet after we smell that the pillow smell bad. Hairdryer upon on request. Good quality of aircond and hot shower. Location is in the middle of everything. Still, this is a humble simple standard hotel. You love it if you only stay for sleep.

A lot of restaurants nearby and about 5 minutes walk to the beach. Hotel room was in a great condition in terms of cleanliness though the bathroom was abit smaller than expected but it was okay. Staffs are friendly, and we stored our luggages at the hotel for 1 night at the reception (without getting charged) while we stayed in Nusa Penida for 1 night. Swimming pool was closed for maintenance purpose. Breakfast was great but we were in a rush so we had takeaway breakfast and staffs were really nice and did whatever they could so we didn't miss our free breakfast.

Neat and tidy ”
Rooms are big enough with plenty of storage and a desk which was handy. Restaurant was vegetarian so even better. You’re right in the heart of sanur beach 200 metres away

Pleasant but a few flaws”
We stayed two nights at Maha Laksmi hotel in Sanur. Pros: great shower, free water, good quality of food from the restaurant, helpful reception staff, great location (it's opposite Massimo's famous gelato stand). Negative points. Cleanliness of the room: we found many areas of the room looked like they have never been cleaned. Under the bed, behind doors. All of the dust makes the room quite stuffy, especially as the standard rooms (where we stayed) do not have windows. Smokers: particularly the staff smokers that stand at the entrance. We were in our ground floor room at the far end of the hotel and could smell when the staff were smoking. Restaurant: Gopal's Cafe. Variety is good, yet delivery is poor. Breakfast is from a set menu. On my 2nd day I received half the portion I did on the 1st day. The waiter denied it. My wife got the fruit. She asked for no melon and got it. She complained and they removed it plus other fruit with it. One day we just didn't get the juice. Chaotic.

It was my first hotel so I wanted to be sure that I have a good rest after the flight - so I booked the 4star hotel. The hotel is absolutely oke just the fact that it got 4 stars is not clear to me. The hotel is central, you can reach everything very easy. There are everywhere small shops, but the people from the shops are very enforced. First impression of the lobby was very good. Clean, nice kind people, pool -everything you need.The hotel room itself a was very simple and old. The shower was not clean, the air conditioning was very loud and it smells not fresh in there too. All in one, the stay was oke because the people were so friendly but I would pick another hotel the next time when I stay in Sanur
