after spending 2 hectic days attending a friend's wedding, we wanted to relax on the last day of our stay at vizag.. so we decided to book novotel for the final day of our stay.. incidentally the wedding was also happening at novotel hotel, so when we came to attend that, we requested the hotel staff if we could check-in early the next day as we were travelling with our baby daughter.. the staff was most welcoming & we were allowed to check-in at 10:30 in the morning.. we had dinner at the hotel restaurant saffron and it was great.. all in all, a short but great stay at the hotel..

Rooms are clean hotel i is good.. Staff were very helpful. I have stayed here a couple of times and the breakfast spread is amazing. They have started cutting corners though and are certainly not a 3 star anymore. There was no shower gel, but a very below average small soap was provided which used to get over in one shower and we had to call in for extra soaps, and they would provide only 1. Room size is very small, even though i stayed in luxury room there was hardly any space to move. There was a locker mentioned in the description but it was never provided even after multiple reminders and we stayed there for 4 days.. Over all good basic hotel, should be priced much less and not be rated 3 star.. No facilities

overall neat and clean room , only problem is that i booked from agoda and the manager had issue with discounted price as it belongs to oyorooms now. i had to call oyorooms custommer care to update the price / payment amount from discounted price .. breakfast was south indian only.. sometimes puri .. lunch and dinner was at room service and too costly for indian tourist , better to go to a nearby resturant .
