I booked this hotel for my parents and lil sister because they have to attend a wedding in sempu. I read reviews everywhere and it makes me think 'I wish it was a nice bet'. And I'm so glad that it was a nice hotel, based on my parents review. They should arrived around 10-12PM from Malang but accidentally they arrived at 4AM and they welcomed my parents nicely. We just need to pay 25k extra charge for my sister's breakfast. The room is clean, the water and the AC works well. The food is okay too. I'm so glad I made the right choice. Thank you mahkota hotel!

Very clean hotel with helpful staff ”
This is definetely not a luxury hotel but the cleanliness of the room is admirable and surpringly it has facility to cater all families there are swimming pool with slides and also a karaoke with live music. Being far from cities this is a plus. The location is also perfect to reach all the nice pristine beaches in south area of Banyuwangi. Above all the price is worth it

Good big clean pool to swim but no lounge chair to relax, just normal chairs and umbrellas, bed is confortable, good air-conditionning, daily housekeeping done well, staff is polite and good service, but room is a bit small and no window (just one window very high on the wall), shower is good but bathroom is quite small (sink is small). Food at the restaurant was good, breakfast is indonesian style with tofu and vegetarian options only. Found some ants in the bathroom one night, but told the staff and somebody came to clean after 5 minutes. Would have been great to provide towels for the swimming pool, and to have a kettle. Located 1 hour from Banyuwangi and from Pulau Merah, Pantai Pancer. Good place to stay to visit these south beaches. Very pleasant stay.

Nice rooms, bad wifi, ok breakfast”
* Room was very clean and beautiful. * hot shower was quiet hard to adjust (either too hot or too cold) and its only small electric heater so it runs out of hot water quickly. * Wifi is good when your room is close to it, also at some point they disabled wifi altogether for days. * breakfast is open buffet ( 2 trays of local food + plain rice tray) but they were kind enough to fry me an egg. * Staff are ok but be careful of cleaning staff, they will only go away if u open the door and tell them to go away otherwise they will keep knocking the door until u open, shouting from inside the room doesn't help, if u didn't open they will eventually try to open the door themselves (so be sure to lock your door). Its the only hotel in that town so if u need to stay here I think its still your best option

If you need omelette or scrambled egg, you can order for 5k/egg. 6 of us ordered 8 scrambled eggs. I think they give a very reasonable price. Do not hesitate to order. It is good for your health to have a quality breakfast.

I have been stay at this hotel 4 times. AC and water heater always OK. I never try their breakfast because I always check out at 5 am, but they always give me a toast with jam for breakfast

One of the two hotels in the area, this looks like a better one”
It was a nice standard hotel, however I feel it's too expensive for what it offers. Internet connection was annoying, have to re-enter password and username often. The could have put a shower curtain around the shower area, wet floor is just not pleasant.
