Nice, clean, Very firendly”

Very nice and clean hotel, the room hade new furniture and felt renovated recently. Nice balcony with view over the city. The hotel is on a very long big street, look for the 3G pole in the middle of the street it is close to that on the other side of the road, a bus stop is also very close to the hotel on the road leading out from the city. it has a neon sign "Phuong Thao" on the top of the building which is one of the highest on the street. Very firendly, helpful and charmy girls in the reception, even helped me to find the post office and helped me post mail to other countries. Walk around the backstreets and experience real Vietnam and real Vietnamese food. Taking the bus to the city only cost about $0.25 ! that is cheap, and unlike other countries you can buy tickets on the bus. Very good value and standard for the money on this hotel. 10 min down the road with bus towards the city there is a hughe mall complex called "Big C" or something like that, it is just like any other modern city mall with pizza hut, supermarket, cinema and everything in between. A bit far from city centre, but you can take a bus very cheap. Number 65 into the city market or number 13 I think it was also goes into the city. Taxis are quite expensive comparably to other prices. Not many people can speak english, only a few words often. The fumes from intensive motorbike traffic is unpleasant, and in the middle of the city it's terrible, consider bringing mouth protection if you plan to walk a lot along the roads in the city. Many Vietnamese have homemade cloth to protect the mouth while driving.

Away from VENDERS who wont take no for a answer”

A nice hotel in district 12 away from the hustle of HCMC which I needed at the time you could stroll around and capture the true essence of a True Vietnamese community

Is far from city, but i just stay here because want to stay away from the city life: ), I like the street foods nearby. The noodle shop on the right and the rice noodle beside the street on the left, just walk can reach. enjoyed the local not busy Vietnamese living here : )

Handy to An Suong Bus Station”

For those wanting proximity to An Suong and the airport, this location is quite handy. A little run-down, but reasonable value. Some little, relatively inexpensive improvements in my particular room would help - replacement of dead lights; repair to the permanently locked bathroom door

Loud karaoke ”

Exposed wires in the bathroom loud karaoke out the front and very dirty. And I had a deluxe room I would have hated to see what the standard rooms were like.

Tôi ở 1 đêm ở phòng 301, chỉ có 1 điều duy nhất làm tôi phiền lòng chính là cánh cửa nhà vệ sinh không đóng lại được. Còn lại thì mọi thứ ok. Có tủ lạnh mini, máy lạnh tốt, tv LCD 32 inch, chăn ấm, to và dày. Sạch sẽ, có dép đi lại trong phòng. Cho 4/5 điểm

Акуенный отель, суп фо на улице стоит копейки, тараканов пруд пруди, а так все круто. Из какого мяса сделан суп фо продавец ответить не смог, гав гав муму или хрю хрю.

Zero non-smoking rooms, bad wifi”

Limited English. Hard to communicate, but they try. Requested non-smoking, but they did not pay attention. They tried to create a non-smoking room by spraying perfume inside, HAHAHA. They gave me another room, same problem. If wifi works, it is SLOOOOOW. Karaoke noise from neighbors and high way in front of hotel. Good building, lift works. Bed clothes used to be white, cotton blend. The mattress is comfortable, hard foam. Pillows feel yucky old. I got a room with fridge, AC, fan, and TV in room. No water boiler. Parking for motorbike on ground floor.
