the hotel in good location, walking distance to the night market and dalat market. the staff very friendly and always with big smile. room is clean, comfortable and most important thing is the wifi is very fast. the breakfast is simple and nice with vietnam local foods. my partner very enjoy the stay in this hotel.

Not as nice as it once was”
Once a strong 3 star hotel, but lack of maintainence has taken its toll. Hotel primarily caters to tour bus companies. Stayed here many times over the years. . Staff is not as upbeat, cheerful or helpful as it was years ago. Many 2 star hotels in Dalat are nearly as nice at half the price. I will no longer stay at Mai Vang.

Very surprised at the quality offered for price”
We certainly were not expecting the quality of this hotel from the price that we had paid........My husband and I actually ended up in a room that we feel was a suite for the same price as our friends. Plenty of choices for breakfast. certainly would always stay there if we returned to dalat.

Great location, good sized rooms. ”
Very good value for money, rooms were equipped with everything. There is no air con bit you don't need it in Dalat. The mini bar prices were very reasonable and the free buffet breakfast more than adequate. In the heart of town so you can walk everywhere. Free wifi which was good. Highly recommend.

Nice Hotel and friendly Staff”
we stayed 2 nights at mai vang and it was nice. friendly staff always there to help. very big and nice room on top floor. the hotel is aslo well located. breakfast has to be improved since it was very local... i do recommand the hotel i believe it is a very value for the money.

a lacal hotel”
this hotel is near dalat market, but a little bit far from the chun xiang lake. the receptionist can speak very good english. and you can enjoy the vietnamese food near it, and the price is reasonable.

Good hotel, but a bit noisy”
Our stay at Mai Vang was not bad for the price, unfortunately they did not have the correct room type so we ended up in a room with 2 double beds (rather than one queen bed). We were on the second floor and there was a fair bit of road noise and the floor above us we're moving furniture all the time and the noise came through our ceiling quite clearly. Also noise from the hallway and reception below came through very clearly as well. Internet access in foyer was ok '(enough computers that there was always one free)

Review of Mai Vang”
The hotel was very clean, modern, and right in the middle of the city. The room and bathroom were extremely spacious. The beds were comfortable as well. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was free internet and breakfast. However, the breakfast looked like it had been sitting out for a long time and was not very good.

Great hotel!”
I was upgraded to a room with 2 queen beds. It was a very spacious room, with a huge bathroom. The hotel looks like it is very new and very well maintained. Breakfast is served from 6-8 am, which is a bit early for me (not an early riser). The staff, while very friendly, were not very fluent in English and my Vietnamese is extremely limited, so communication was somewhat limited. I also extended my stay by 1 night. When I asked the hotel about an extension, they quoted me a much higher rate than I found on Agoda. When I asked why this was the case, the receptionist advised me that the had put new rates on the website. All in all my stay was very pleasant.

Good location with a helpful staff”
Had some troubles with the motorbike we rented from Mai Vang, but the staff was apologetic and fixed the issue. Breakfast is so-so and ends at 8am, but overall good stay.

Excellent newer 3 star hotel with great service”
this was excellent choice, on arrival we were given upgraded room, but had just shower in the tub so we declined preferring standing shower in the room we booked, rooms are large with all modern amenities expected in 3 star hotel, breakfast is good, however served only from 6 to 8:00 AM, great if you taking early tour but not so great if you don't care to get up so early

i couldn't believe the size of the room and how clean it was. for us having a jacuzzi tub was not a plus, but maybe for others it could be a good thing. the breakfast was big but very asian. very nice hotel for the price.

Large room but very cold”
We stayed here for 1 night and were impressed with the room size and comfortable beds. Cons are that the hotel was freezing (rainy season) and the breakfast is poor only catering to VN food and not much else, I love VN food but would have appreciated some toast or cereal. Location is good as Dalat isn't that big away.

the room is suprisingly big and clean!You can watch various TV programs too. It's a great place to relax. The location is great as well, not far from the market. You can just walk about 15mins to get there. In the night,it's not noisy and you can enjoy a good sleep as well. Basically I'm very satisfied with the stay at this hotel.

A new hotel with great views. ”
We have traveled Vietnam and stayed in many hotels. This one was of the nicer ones for the money. Had a short stay in Da Lat, but this hotel made it easy to see some of the sights we were interested in since it was in a convenient location. The view was breath taking. The weather was so nice. Staffers were really friendly.

Lovely hotel and the girls were friendly”
this hotel was about a half a kilometer uphill to the market and centre of town.we walked the 15 minutes to see the crazy house from the hotel after the staff gave us directions on the map.the breakfast was great with a good variety of asian foods but not a lot for europeans.good value for money.
