            Fijn hotel met aardige kamers midden in district 10 waar weinig tot geen toeristen zitten. Beetje matig ontbijt maar net voldoende. Rijmt niet met de luxe kamers. Zeer behulpzaam personeel die redelijk Engels spreken.

            1군과는 동떨어져 있지만 10군에 위치해 있어 호텔 거리가 일명 맛집 거리로 유명해 이곳을 선택했는데 조금은 오래된듯 하지만 가격대비 만족하고 아침식사는 한끼 때우는 정도...가격 대비로 만족을 했습니다. 다시 가게 되면 또 묵을 의향이 있네요

            Tôi đã ở tại Mai Villa rất nhiều lần, những lần ở trước tôi cũng đã đề cập với khách sạn về việc thay ga gối mền cho khách ở dài ngày. Vậy mà tôi đã ở 3 đêm nhưng mền và ga trải giường vẫn không được thay mới. Tôi thực sự rất thất vọng về cách làm việc không chuyên nghiệp của khách sạn! Theo dự định tôi sẽ ở Hồ Chí Minh đến hết ngày 15/12 nhưng tôi quyết định sẽ tìm khách sạn khác để ở.

            Địa điểm thuận lợi, mặt bằng rộng. Nhân viên lịch sự, từ chối khéo léo nhưng cần phải linh hoạt hơn ”

            Nền nhà vệ sinh bị chảy ngược, không thoát về hố thu. Nhân viên thiếu linh hoạt ( ví dụ giờ nhận phòng muộn so quy định 14 g nhận phòng nhưng thực tế 22g mới nhận thì giờ trả phòng là 12g hôm sau có thể cho chậm đến 14g nếu phòng ko vướng khách) ở các khách sạn khác tôi đã đến đều linh hoạt việc này.
