we loved the property, it was clean and modern and didn't look like most of the units in Breckenridge (1970s ski lodge furnishings). Importantly the photos accurately portrayed the condo, we have stayed at a few in Breckenridge that didn't show the true condition of the unit
A little noisy being on the the busiest corner in Breckenridge but the location and view made up for it. We know space is hard to come by but a room to lock up bikes would be nice. We rode almost daily and had to bring the bikes up to our room on the 4th floor.

Very cozy and clean and comfortable.
Property was amazing . Pricing was not , showed $150 ish a night and then at the end added a ton of cleaning fees and I paid over 350 for one night

The location, the restaurants around the building.
The places is so dated. They are raking in rental rates but haven’t done any up keep. Elevator is sketchy as it settles after the doors open. Overall cleanliness of building is poor. Unit is dated, doesn’t have the proper kitchen items to actually cook a meal.

A lot of work on my part after making the reservation just to get to my room!”

Building set up was confusing and not explained well by desk attendant who just gave us a map and said “that’s your building”. We had a ski box and desk attendant didn’t know the garage height restriction so told us to use luggage carts and go to our building through garage. Garage was unclear once we elevated down and no reception so we had to walk around with carts for 20 minutes. Then we had to figure out our own parking. A 15 min checkin and parking took an hour. Plus i received a dozen emails and texts after my registration with to dos. I had to call after being threatened with a cancellation for not verifying identity. I was asked questions i already answered. At my hourly rate for doing all that work, the hotel should have been free and then some

Location, spacious 1 bedroom condo.
Received a call from the Vacasa front desk that there was a water leak coming from this condo but no one ever never came. On the first day we waited 2.5 hours with the belief that facilities were coming. Then I received a call every day someone was coming. I know a facility manager at another location and sometimes a “leak excuse” this is the code to allow someone to come in just to check things out. If this is the case then just say, “this is privately owned and the owner would like us to check in.”

Amazing location, good facilities, but pricy”

Great location in the village, very short walking distance to the lifts and village ski school. The apartment in general was nice, kitchen had everything that was needed. Spacious bathroom. Free ski valet. Great underground parking (very useful when it's snowing). Great internet.
The fridge was really noisy, even woke us up at night at times. The fan in bathroom was so noisy we couldn't even turn it on. Closet door was partially broken. The tv didn't work at all (luckily we didn't need it, but pretty annoying)... it had some sort of xfinity box which just kept on rebooting. You had to book the pool on some website - I tried to book it for 4 days in a row, and it was completely booked all the time (although I have not seen anyone actually inside).

Several Issues”

I booked a 1 bedroom condo on Main Street but was placed in a small studio with 4 people. This is not what I booked and felt deceived upon entering the condo. We had to wait over 2 hours for the issue to be rectified. However, upon receiving a new room, we were placed in a completely different building further away from Main Street. Our intentions were to stay in walking distance to Main Street but lost one of many features with being placed somewhere else. We also lost our designated parking spot in the underground garage, access to the amenities at Main Street Station (Pool). We are very disappointed in our experience.

Que no cumplieron con lo que había reservado. Me dieron otra habitación por error y nadie se hizo cargo, ni BOOKING ni VACASA. La limpieza deja bastante que desear. El servicio al cliente es muy deficiente. No hay nadie con autoridad para tomar decisiones.
