Sheets and mattresses seemed really old . The picture you guys had online when we were booking it was way better looking than what apartment was.

Unit #1412 is mediocre and very expensive. The rest of the property is fine.”

The location is great with many options for transportation, shopping, dining, and entertainment. The public rooms in the facility are just fine. The on-site underground parking is very handy. The Vacasa staff is friendly and helpful.
This unit # 1412 needs renovation and repairs. The refrigerator is broken, and has been for quite a while judging by previous reviews, and although a portable unit is there, it is in the way, noisy, and barely cools. The window shade is broken and shabby.

The location is excellent. You come out and everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very well stacked with extra pillows, covers, washer/dryer, etc...everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
The mattress in the second bedroom was a bid uncomfortable (too firm for my taste).

Room was small. The furniture, which wasn’t comfortable, was situated away from the tv. If one wanted to watch TV, there was no choice, but to sit on the bed. There was an extra, garishly decorated refrigerator in the room. It took up space . TV channels left much to be desired; no mainstream television available. The bed linens looked mussed like someone had already slept in the bed. Only two pillows on the bed.

Loved the location and the room was just as pictured. Loved the big tub and the kitchen. Furniture was comfy and the property was very clean.
The lighting was weird and an ice machine would have been nice. We were a little confused if there was anything available on the main property.

Love the Area and Staff”

The location was great as it was right by shopping and restaurants. The bathroom was large and had double sinks. The king size bed was nice and comfortable. We were there to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, so we made the best of it and had a very nice time in Breckenridge.
I thought we were supposed to have a small balcony, but we did not. That might have been a mistake on my part. The pictures were misleading as the studio was not updated and pictures showed nice updated options. The carpet was very stained and old. The seating was very uncomfortable. The small refrigerator was not working properly, but the staff got right on it and maintenance brought up another one. It was hard to find a place to put it since they could not take out the one that was there. It was pretty warm in the studio except later at night, since the windows were small and there is no air conditioning (which we knew ahead of time). Also a piece that goes across the top of the blinds, fell off and almost hit my husband while we were sitting there. It scared us, but wouldn’t have caused an injury. It just really needs updating.
