Customer service takes a back seat to attitude. ”
Arrived somewhat late in the evening the day before Thanksgiving. Not exactly sure what was going on in the hotel clerks life but it sure seemed to shine on through to me as I was checking in. He was short in his tone and when he told me about the additional 150.00 that I would have to pay he became very robotic and monotone in his every response ending each statement with 'sir'. It's not the fact that he called me sir but the tone and the fact that he said it over and over. Instead of going over this new 2 week old policy I was left to feel like I was from another planet by not understanding what exactly the charge was for. He then noted that I got my reservation through a 3rd party and it was my responsibility to read the email. Now he left me feeling stupid. This gentleman has no idea what the word empathy even means. He did not care one ounce about me the customer. You know this just as well as I do... Joshua IS Mainstay to the customers he comes in contact with.

Bathroom was basically unacceptable. Our bathroom had no base cabinet, just a sink with a small ledge which would hold one item ,”
There were 2 narrow shelves on a back wall about 5 ft away. Shower had no water pressure or the shower head was clogged. Only had a trickle coming out,. Front desk was totally unaware of room issue. One didn't care but the other one did want to see what I was talking about. Good for her - she did care

It’s acceptable for the price and located close to the Hospital. No breakfast, little towels provided, thin walls, clean sheets, comfortable bed, nice kitchenette, nice bathroom.
