First of all, the outside noise protection is zero. So, you can even lay on the pavement at nights, every car and motorcycle noise is heard in the rooms. That is the worst. Every other aspects are good or excellent or wierd :). The bathrooms are wierd but working almost well. They look like as a UFO in the old rooms (the building is very old and nice and lovely). Some water leakage, and door closing problem but overall they are ok. The climat devices (3 pcs) work effectively. It is good. The beach is very close (30m) what is excellent. The city (Maiori) is nice. Summa: the price/value level is good. The apartment location excellent. The apartment quality is between middle and good. We enjoyed the staying but it was in June, so at the beginning of the main season (no loudly disco and no young motorbike boys till 4 am but garbage truck noise every morning 20 minutes)

Great quirky apartment but poor communication and service”
Apartment very unusual with great roof terrace. Well equipped and in good location overlooking the beach and sea. No communication on how to book in arrived to find no host. Name of apartment was different on building to website and we had to phone to find out how to get in. Host expected us to go back to previous town to get key when we had arrived via bus. Got them to come to us no apologies given. Poor communication and customer service let this good apartment down.

La mejor ubicación: frente a la playa pública, cerca del puerto y del centro, en frente de la parada de autobús. Una terraza alucinante que no esperábamos. El personal se portó muy bien con nosotras y nos trataron muy bien. Si bien había algún problema con el check in ellos pudieron solucionarlo muy amablemente y en el instante. El departamento es muy cómodo y completo, limpio y lindo. Súper recomendable. Si volvemos a costa Amalfitana sin dudas volveremos a alojarnos aquí.

Nous avons bénéficié d'une réduction heureusement car pour un plein tarif cela reste cher ,en plus pour la terrasse nous n'avions pas les clefs, et elle n'est pas en direct de l'appartement et est à partager avec d'autres locataires ce qui n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce .Il n'y a pas d'ouverture dans la cuisine, et que des velux dans les chambres car c'est sous les poits.
