New and beautiful large outdoor swimming pool”
The best resort in this price range. They have free shuttle bus to Duong Dong beach, Night Market and several other places. After a few days at the beach, we wanted to stay here near the Suoi Da Ban to chill and this resort matched our needs: excellent staff services, good breakfast at no extra charge, salt water outdoor pool, large room, large resort, nice garden, and didn't cost too much. Thanks so much for the upgrade. We had the huge room 105 with pool view, 2 King beds and a dinner table in room. There are 2 chairs and a table in front of the room too. Each room has a small garden with border which gives enough privacy and the whole resort looks so inviting. Thank you for the male staff with excellent English who talked to us when we checked out. We followed his advice and arrived at Kep Beach Cambodia so easily. I regret we couldn't stay longer to enjoy the pool more. We had the place just for two of us as others guests might go out to the Night Market. I just love this resort!!!

It was one of the best hotels we ever visited. The staff was unbelievable friendly, the rooms are very big, clean and beautiful. The whole resort as well. The staff realized every wish we had. The bed is pretty comfortable and has a mosquito net. The pool is very big and is fittet with a great jacuzzi. I recommend you to drink a coconut smoothie at the pool. It was very delicious. I had the best massage in my life in the spa of this hotel. They also bring you the food to your room, if you want. And that food is very tasty.

The staffs are really friendly and helpful everybody have good training , from the house keeping , to the bartender and receptionists: Linh , Thư, Hồng , Hảo .The room is soooo big and beautiful . Resort is quite far from town and beaches but the have free transport to the beach and the night market everyday. Good place to relax and enjoy the activities around like : ride bicycle around resort, swim in the big pool enjoy the cocktail or mocktail from the bar right next to the pool . Breakfast ís excellent! High recommend !! I would like to go back if I travel to phu quoc vn Family from Sweden ;)

We've stayed at the hotel 9 days and we had a nice relaxing time there. The hotel is surround by forest, beautiful garden, pool was very clean and breakfast was nice and lot of choices menu and super nice kindness staffs. I can recommend this hotel if you want to relax in the nature.

Impecable service ”
This place is a 10 out of 10. We have been in Vietnam for 3 years and have travelled all over the country, and this is the first place that I experienced the ultimate customer service. The staff are great, extremely helpful and cater to your every need. When we first arrived we were upgraded to the nicer rooms, which was a wonderful and welcome surprise. The rooms are super, with big bathrooms that include a tub and a seperate powder room with a toilet. Its a bit away from the city and action but there is a free van or suv that takes you to the city and brings you back at 9:30 pm. I believe there is also a morning shuttle at 9 am. This is the first time in Vietnam we have experienced what I call Canadian standard cistomer service in 3 years. We have stayed at 100s of hotels here all along the coast. The pool is great as well as the breakfast. I cannot thank the staff enough for their service.

A perfect place to stay in Phu Quoc”
We stay for two nights and, even though it's a 3 stars resort, we felt somehow it really could be a 4 or 5 star. All the staff is very welcoming and helpful, the food is very good at an affordable price. All commodities in the room. The pool is huuuge, beautiful and correctly maintained. We liked everything and will surely come back when in Phu Quoc. I highly recommend.

Must See at Phu Qouc. I was Little nervous Because at previous hotel at reception they said - "where you goin? This is the Middle Of Nowhere" and they was right. It is the middle of nowhere but it is one the best value of this hotel. You have to choose between a rather low standard Bungalows near crowdy beaches or premium quality Resort like this and Bungalows away from the Beach it's hard to find a better quality resort with that price at Phu Qouc

Phu Quoc is a paradise of relaxation. There are resorts near the sea and there are also mountain-oriented resorts like us. We aim at the nature of mountains and forests to make a difference in thousands of hotels in Phu Quoc. The early days of the hotel were always inadequate, hopefully on your next holiday we will create a new impression with you.

Beautiful new resort. This does come with some minor issues, but staff was very receptive for feedback and very willing to improve on the spot. It is a bit in the middle of nowhere so I recommend hiring a scooter (150k for a day) or using their shuttle service. Very nice pool and nice gardens. Food could be a bit better, more fitting with the beauty of the resort. Staff is very friendly.

Perfect Getaway”
The hotel is not close to any amenities but that's kinda the point of you'd like to really spend time quality time alone. You won't miss it though cause the food is very good and the atmosphere just makes you not wanna leave! Almost everything we tried there was great :) The rooms are spacious and very clean but what impressed me was the staff who were very very attentive and helpful especially Lene & Sam... They provide free shuttle to Long Beach and the Night market daily and motorbike rental is also available for those who'd like to explore more/further. Really enjoyed my time here.

Tranquil and meditative - a lovely place to relax and unwind.”
The resort has the most amazing pool - approx 100m long and almost the same in width. It was always sparkling clean with a large area for children to play in. This is not the place for you if you want lots of noise and action. The staff are amazing - very friendly and extremely helpful. A specia thank you to Anna and Tommy who were always very sweet and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble to them to make us feel more comfortable. We actually extended our trip here from 3 days to 6! Very much recommended to anyone wanting some peace and quiet.

Relax and Enjoy”
Great place to relax and enjoy peace and quiet but far from other activities and food options. Food at resort is good Asian cuisine. The included breakfast had daily change in variety. Be sure to get your snacks and ask for a fridge if one isn't in the room so you can keep things cold. Resort food is pricey with no options close by. The pool is fantastic. Motorbike rental cost more than expected but so was most everything else during TET Holidays. If you plan to use a computer make sure to bring a plug adapter because only 2 prong round and flat socket is available. Resort offers free morning drop off to many locations but you have to take a taxi to return which again can become costly. All in all it's great for a medium budget vacation. Don't rely on messenger or phone call, Make sure you get an "email" confirmation from the resort for airport pickup when you arrive, otherwise you'll be on your own to get to the resort.

We planed to stay two nights , but the weather is really bad . When we check in need to take a boat to get to the hotel. The hotel is nice , room is big and clean . Restaurant is tasty.The location is not so convenient , maybe good weather with their free shuttle. The second we moved to another hotel , the staff is really understand and transfer us to another hotel free. Honest, everything is nice except location. We recommend it . Rainy season need to think about it.

Great Value for Money!”
This hotel is great value for money. Attractive, sparkling clean rooms with smart TV, set in spacious well kept grounds. Nice large pool with sun loungers. Great for families with children. A free breakfast with a good selection of food items. Helpful staff. Free shuttle bus to the night market and different beaches on the island. I stayed a week and loved it so much I came back for another two weeks! Definitely recommended.

isolated and quiet place in the middle of the island”
Best for people who just want their room and pool time with nothing else really. there is no shuttle the way it is described in many reviews. you get one way shuttle to city or some beaches ( if booked in advanced) for 10 am but only ONE WAY ( you must return with taxi yourself which will cost you around 250-300k) and 3 evenings of the week a shuttle to the night market 6pm and pick up back 9pm Staff is amazing and will do all you need. Breakfast buffet is great too however 40% only vegetarian so quite surprising they cannot adjust more to things and prepare stuff without throwing chicken to every salad or vegetable dish... Not very eco-frienly. they go with 2 X 0.5L waters to the room yet one can get a refill of a glass bottle from the restaurant but with some feeling of constantly explaining why...Towels are changed everyday even though they don't have to be so the trick si to fold them nicely so cleaners won't do it. Pool and quiet time is what you will get there, that's it:)

If there was one standout quality about Maison Du Vietnam, it would be the staff. Friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome, going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. They were happy to accommodate various requests for a room change and the spa is something of a hidden gem - much better than the more famous Phu Quoc Day Spa! Food is sumptuous without being spectacular. Facilities are sufficient, with a nice pool and a decent bar with swings and a table tennis table open until 10pm. Free shuttle service to nearby attractions such as the night market, as well as an enjoyable ride aboard a Ford SUV to the airport free of charge! Location is a bit off the beaten track, but a haven for those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. (Fun fact: the hotel grow their own fresh produce!)

We had a great time at Maison du Vietnam. The receptionist who checked us in was incredibly rude and definitely needs some customer service training. However the other staff members were extremely friendly ,especially the cleaning staff. The pool is very large and the gardens surrounding the complex are well maintained. It should be noted that the shuttle service travels to different locations everyday but is only free one way. You must pay for your return journey. As the hotel is in quite an isolated location I would recommend arranging your own transport.

New hotel, decent room, beautiful environment. All staffs offer quality service, try their best to satisfy what you need. Far from beaches, but you can enjoy quiet atmosphere in hotel. Shuttle bus service to Long beach in the morning and to night market at night. Make it easy to hang around. We do enjoy our stay at the hotel!
