super hotel, class of its own”
excellent food, can do attitude staff, beautiful rooms
excellent attentive and can do attitude staff. My flight was waylaid for 10 hours and I arrived after 2230. although I assisted by notifying the staff of my delayed arrival, the kitchen stayed open to allow me a sampling of the degustation menu. the rooms were fantastic and comfortable. best climate controlled rooms in France I've experienced. the staff had excellent English to combat by broken French. A pity the cook school was not open during my staff. I came especially for that. Only one bristo meal disappointed when it lacked seasoning, but the food was otherwise well presented and delicious.
