Spacious room and with lots of amenities”
Stayed here second time, always a pleasure making a trip back here. Modern hotel with spacious room and bathroom, even a standard room has plenty of walking space. Love the pantry area with microwave, induction hob, big refrigerator and large sink. They provide plates and wine glasses in the bar cabinet! Everything is well maintained and clean. Clean towels and fluffy pillows. Lots of powerplugs every corner in the room including in the bathroom. Excellent wifi internet connection. Good location, easy access to BTS, MRT, taxis are always nearby. Oh, and their staffs are friendly and very helpful. Thumbs up!

1 night quarantine package”
The package includes a PCR test, airport pickup and 3 meals. The PCR test is done immediately on the way from the airport to the hotel. My PCR test was done around 3 or 4 pm and I got the result at 7 am the next morning. The room is modern design en clean. It has a kitchen area, a desk and a sitting area, perfect for when you have to quarantine. You can choose meals and drinks from a whole list of options. It is simple take-away food, but good enough. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Last visited the hotel in 2017 but a staff still remembers me. Am so happy that he has a daughter now. The other staff were just as friendly and accomodating. The bed was just as comfortable as I remember. Location is good, within a few mins to asok station. Area is packed with restaurants and convenient stores. The only thing I noticed was a slight wear and tear in the toilet and room but it is very normal to hotels or any other buildings. Management might probably want to carry out minor upgrading every few years for maintenance. Overall still a very pleasant stay.

We extended our stay another night after the cancelled Test & Go scheme to enjoy our time in Bangkok. This is the review I wrote for the first night... Great hotel. We loved staying here. We had a great two day stay at the Maitria Sukhumvit 18 Hotel. The hotel was faultless. Our upgraded room was a really nice gesture after the pre booked Test &Go package was cancelled. Room was lovely. Staff were polite, respectful and helpful when needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

My favourite hotel in Bangkok”
My wife and i visit Bangkok regularly, and the Maitria Hotel is the first place we look for. The location is superb and its quiet during the night so you always get a pleasant nights sleep. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious with plenty of facilities. The pool and gym area are very good.

One of the best hotels so far with clean room, full amenities and probably has the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located within walking distance to the train station. There are restaurants and massage parlours around to explore.

Stayed for one night for Test and Go”
Email Correspondence before stay was prompt and clear. Paid extra 650thb for a private airport transfer. Check in and out was simple and quick. Food was decent with ample choice. Allowed me to have my breakfast in the restaurant as my results came at night. Location good for normal travelers, recommended.

Amazing little cozy hotel”
The room is spacious and very well equipped. You have a large, comfortable bed, a full working desk, shower, toilet, big Tv, a full size fridge and a kitchenette. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are also amazing gym and pool on the roof top floor. Totally recommend the hotel for quarantine stay

Great hotel in convenient location”
This is a very nice hotel a short walk from Asok sky train station and Terminal 21 shopping centre. It's an easy walk to The Emporium too. Our room was upgraded to a one bedroom studio which is lovely. Nice lounge and kitchen area. Somewhere where you can relax and not just a place to sleep. Staff are great. Will stay here again.

Excellent hotel”
I would recommend this hotel for anyone that want´s to stay at Shukumvikt. The location is really good, just a few minutes walk to the main street and to both train lines. Close to restaurants and shopping mall. The staff was really nice. There were no pots/pans in the room but we got it upon request. The bed was super comfy! Pool area small but did the trick. Same with the gym.

The reviews ive given is very strong but I was only there for a day because of covid restrictions but it does have a lot to offer. I was only able to stay until i cleared for test so it was late at night but the rooms are big and the staff very helpfull. The pool was closed for me so didn't get to see it the prepared meal was ready for when i was supposed to be there but i got held up slightly goi g through customs. All in all good place

Great facilities ”
We decided to return here since we had positive experience before. We stayed in grand deluxe and enjoyed the spacious room provided, kitchenette, and many draws to put clothes. Downstairs they have coin operated washer and dryer. Asoke bts is about 5-7mins walk and they have 7eleven or family mart just down the road. We would stay again, thanks.

3rd Time and still a charm”
I have stayed here for three times already because I'm very comfortable with the establishment. The staff are still very friendly and room was clean. Location is very near Terminal 21, Asok BTS and Sukhunvit MRT. There are restaurants around and 7-11 is a stone throw away. However, I believe due to wear and tear over the years, the shower wasn't as strong as before. Perhaps the hotel management can look into improving the water pressure. Other than that, I guess my biggest disappointment is that the makeshift coffeeshop on the motorbike is not longer there. The gentleman sells the best coffee and I hope I'll see him again, parked outside Maitria.

Everything was fine from pickup at the airport over the mandatory PCR Test on arrival at a hospital till checkin at the hotel. During check-in procedure guest can select meal and drink for lunch, dinner and breakfast. You can select between Asian and western food, hot and cold drinks. Room was spacious and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Traditional massage shops and restaurants close to the hotel. There is a 7-Eleven supermarket around 300m at the corner to Sukhumvit road and a Family Mart in 100m at the other side of the hotel. I can highly recommend this hotel

I recommend this as a fantastic place to stay, the location is great with it being close to the sky train a ticket costs around £3 for a whole day. The food here was excellent couldn’t fault it, the facilities are great - we visited the gym, everything is spotlessly clean. The thing that made the stay most enjoyable was the fantastic staff, they’re a credit to the hotel - they couldn’t do enough for you and service was always with a smile.

You can't beat the location on Sukhumvit Soi 18. It is quiet, yet is close to the busy Asok/Terminal 21 area which has everything one needs. I'm a runner and like the access to Benjakitti Park. Staff is super friendly, and the daily breakfast was good. Room was large and clean. Would recommend, and I would stay there again if the need and opportunity arose.
