Great convenient choice in Bangkok”
Love it because: 1) Seamless check-in, excellent and friendly staff. 2) The location was convenient, while it was slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. About 5-10 mins walk to Ploenchit train station. 3) The room that we stayed in was newly refurbished and comfortable. Only two feedback for improvement: 1) Pillows were too soft - including the hard one that we requested - if you require a specific pillow, suggest that you travel with it 2) The room had sensors controlling the lights, etc - was blinking throughout the night - which bothered us Will consider this hotel again for my future visit to BKK.

Staff is very helpful and hotel is nice!”
The hotel is newly renovated. Room is nice and clean. The staff is super helpful, especially Ms Pet. She is very friendly and helpful throughout the whole check in process and during the stay we had. Facilities wise, they had a fully equip gym and a mid-size pool. Hotel is considered nearby Ploenchit BTS. Will always be one of the hotel to consider when we visit Bangkok!

Pleasant stay in Bangkok”
Room was super clean with ample wall sockets to charge all your devices at once. Check in was handled professionally by Ms Eva, had to wait for a short period of time to get the room released but everything was well communicated and the luggage delivered on time. Did not have the chance to use the hotel facilities, there is a huge playground outside the main entrance that is Bangkok. But I was so impressed with the big, powerful hair dryer provided in the room, none of those tiny, foldable wannabes. And oh, the air conditioner is to be applauded too, my room is facing the afternoon sun, and I am one who enjoys the view of Bangkok (the sunset sky was spectacular from my room)and never draws the curtain my entire stay. Everyday at mid afternoon when I get back to the room for a quick shower and change for the next adventure, in less than 5 minutes the entire room was cooled down. I did however ordered room service on the last night, powered by the alcohol. The Pad Thai Goong and Mushroom Soup was delicious. At check out, Ms Nok took care of the billings and

Best location and the best price ”
I started at the lobby with a warm welcome and cookie; the staff was friendly, polite, and helpful, and the place looked elegant in design and safety. It was so convenient for me that it has a 24/7 gym and computer office—a reasonably-price hotel in a business area. It is so fortunate that everything is around 200 meters from public transportation. I will be back for sure!

Hotel is under new management and went through a nice remodel Restaurant clean and great breakfast. The staff is of 5 star quality. Hotel Managers are the best in the business. Great experience. Location is quiet yet minutes from Sky train and many restaurants. Wifi is very good. Overall experience excellent.

Bangkok Arrival”
American style chain Hotel. Staff were decent, room was nice. A little back from sukhumvit but it's a fairly decent street and not too far a walk. The cookie thing would probably render an initial frown from anyone who isn't American, but it is a nice touch and the biscuit is actually tasty.

Bangkok September 2022”
We stayed there for the last leg of our Thailand trip in September, and it was comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive and even packed up a lovely breakfast for us to have on the way to the airport.
