Fantastic location and amenities ”
Travelled with my 2 teenage nieces and opted for 2 bed 2 bathroom apt. Best choice!! Everyone had their own space, plus hotel amenities were available. Treated ourselves to breakfast buffet and drinks on the rooftop with a beautiful view of city. Staff at front desk and those greeting in front were most helpful, competent and efficient. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was near to the Passeig de Gracia metro station, only a few minutes walk. Upon arrival, we were offered to upgrade our room from Passig de Gracia view to executive room, which is much larger. The hotel was 200 years old but its inside was not aged. We enjoyed our stay and would like to return to this hotel in our next visit.

Be aware that there are two Majestic hotel buildings. When booking you do not know which one you will be allocated to. We landed in very poor quality room which we refuse to stay. Very disappointing!,,

You will only be assigned a Residence Apartment if this is the category you had chosen at the moment you make the reservation. Therefore, I strongly recommend you to make a reservation for a room in the hotel next time, instead of making a reservation for an apartment at Residence. Great Location Bad experience ”
The only good thing about this hotel is location, right next to Chanel on the passage Gràcia . The breakfast is excellent though. Apart from these, broken toilet seat, cracking tea table, no one answer the housekeeping call after 11 oclock, cold face when we giving such feedback while checking out. I doubted if it’s truly a five star hotel ！

took the Junior suite and great air con because of the hot summer outside Pool is very small, it is a dipping pool staff was fantastic and very helpful in everything location is perfect for tourists super clean!

the location was awesome, near the shops and walking distance to many tourist sites. the 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and convenient for the 4 of us. would definitely come back and stay here again.

This is a wonderful hotel. It is quite expensive but if you are looking for something special in Barcelona this is it. It is in a the best area of the city close to everything. Great shops, bars and restaurants. Don't bother with booking B&B as there are fabulous places for breakfast surrounding this hotel all at a much lower cost than £20.00 per person.

A classic design hotel located at Passeig de Gracia - reminds me of the Wing On Department Store Building in Shanghai. A very peculiar design featured by its roof top swimming pool. It's just about 100m walking distance from the famous attraction Casa Batllo. And quite close to Las Ramblas - the busiet and famous walking avenue in Barcelona.
Staff are very helpful and friendly and value their clients, great facilities, attention to details 👍🏻👍🏻 The size of the junior suite was excellent, it can accommodate up to 4 easily , the mattress is comfortable Everything is near the hotel

I stayed superior apartment for 5 days and generally we were comfortable at staying the room, but room was just like normal apartment and we could not feel like staying 5 star hotels with such higher room rate. In addition, I did not know this room is in different building as far as I have booked through Agoda, the building was just in front of main hotel building, but I could not feel circumstance like luxury hotel. If you will stay with big family or friends, absolutely I recommend take this hotel as one of your options. Location Is really perfect.

The only down side was the roof top bar was not open on our first night and then on the second night it was closed for a private function. So we didn’t get to sit out at night on the roof top bar.

After taking overnight flight, the check-in attendant found us a room early allowing us to relax before taking in the city. Massages were some of the best we’ve ever had. Spectacular roof top bar was a great place to start out the evenings.

This is a great hotel, indeed worth its five star rating, however, the swimming pool is a joke. The pool is more like a large bath tub. However, to concentrate on the negatives would be a mistake; the staff is world class everyone is great and friendly and you could NOT ask for a better location at the heart of the city center right on the "Paseo de Gracia," we did enjoy our stay.

We booked a 2-bedroom apartment with Majestic Hotel, the apartment is just across the street of the hotel. Very spacious and clean. The only complain is though the place is new but the appliances provided in the apartment is fairly disappointed. The electric kettle has stained marks at the base so we have to buy lemons to cleanse it. The microwave has burnt smell when we used it.

Excellent Staff but disappointing”
After reading nothing but good things about Hotel Majestic i was very much looking forward to taking my girlfriend here for her 30th Birthday the second reason i was reviewing the hotel for my boss. the Hotel is beautiful and the staff nothing but brilliant. however i still left feeling that i hadn't really got what i paid for, the room was a lot smaller than anticipated I've stayed in many hotels around the world and within Europe all at different prices and feel i had better value and facilities in other cheaper hotels. Little things which i would have expected to be sorted without having to ask, 2 coffee capsules and 1 milk just seems a strange thing i appreciate this is very picky however for the price you pay i expected this. the first night we barely slept because the walls are so thin nothing was left to the imagination from next door. all in all beautiful hotel and in amazing location however i wouldn't stay there again for these reasons.

Majestic Hotel is a beautiful hotel with impeccable service. Breakfast buffet was expensive to my budget so my friends and I opted to eat outside. There are restaurants around the area. Staff were excellent in helping our stay comfortable. This hotel I highly recommend. The housekeeping service was also excellent. Thank you Majestic for making our stay enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing.
Majestic Residence - 3 nights”
Traveling with family of four, two kids 12 and 10. Staying at the Residence which is opposite to the main hotel (across the road). Location - great! central and walking distance to most good restaurants and shops. Apartment - size is good, kitchen and washing machines great, place is a somewhat tired (worn down), cleanliness only fair. And VERY soft beds if that's a concern to anyone. Hotel staff - great overall, concrierge was very good and very knowledgeable. Summary - good stay and would stay again if they touched the apartments up again.

Stayed here for the first time and absolutely loved the experience. Attention to detail, professionalism of staff, hotel and room cleanliness, excellent facilities and not to mention, the phenomenal views of Barcelona make this hotel a perfect choice.
Perfect location, in the middle of everything, tidy style & i believe it's the best in Catalonia. Room is so clean and comfy bed. Happy staff, good atmosphere at the sky bar/cafe with charming night city view. I highly recommend this hotel
