At £40 per night (when paying in sterling) it was a good deal. Somewhat pricey if paying in Brazilian currency. Very well located and comfortable with a fairly decent infinity pool. Very good breakfast.

It's not a five star hotel”

We got a standard double room with queen bed but when I arrive in the room it was 2 single beds together. After I requested 3 times they moved us to the next room with a couple bed (it wasn't a queen). So the second room had a strange smell (it seems that was closed for a while) and it wasn't so clean like the first room. Well, we were tired so we decided to keep the second room even If it wasn't what I booked. During our stay we faced another problem: 1. The room had no soundproof at all so we listened everytime that someome in the next room had a shower.. It was annoying noise. 2. We ordered food from room service and the food was terrible considering a 5 star hotel. The sandwich was R$45,00 but it's worth R$25,00. The pizza was something direct from supermarket. Our overral experiencie was bad considering Majestic is a 5 star hotel. Definitely we will not recommend to another friends. At least the breakfast was good (not wow or very good) and staff was vrry friendly.

Nice, but it’s a 3 star. Not enough staff. Pool is cold. Jacuzzis aren’t hot enough. Not enough towels in room. Service at pool was bad. Room service was good

Relaxing, perfect service in luxury room”

My husband and I had a great night at the Majestic! Staff spoke fluent English & were extremely helpful. Beautiful clean & modern rooms with a great view!!!! Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Clean, safe and comfortable ”

Rooms are basic but comfortable. Staff very freindly and cant do enough to help. Breakfast is a limted offering but suffiecient (nothng unsual for this level of Brazilan hotel). ie: Don't compare Breakfast to what you get in Asia. In the room, the sharp edges pf the glass desk would be a serious safety conncern if i came with children. Rooms dont have any tea making facilities or iron/board. Nice view from hotel and given all of the above will stay here again.

Four star hotel in need of a refresh.”

This is not a five star hotel, and the experience is more what you would expect from a four star Best Western anywhere in US/Europe. Everything feels a bit 80s about it. But I doubt you will find anything better in Florianopolis city centre. If you are staying more than for a few days I would recommend looking into renting an apartment or even house for a week which can be surprisingly cheap.

Excellent View from the hotel rooms”

We stayed during the Christmas eve and ordered for rooms service. But due to overwhelming room service order, we waited for more than 2 hours before our food came. That was negative. but the hotel rooms is nice and spacious, breakfast was good.

Family Trip”

Only spent a night there with my wife, mom, sister and niece, but we had the time of our life. Great hotel, amazing location, clean and outstanding breakfast menu. Despite being Brazilian, and living up to my 28 years in RS, I never visited Floripa. It was my first time visiting the island and so was for my Indonesian wife. We also brought my family and really enjoyed our staying. Highly recommended!

Terrible ”

Bitte lassen Sie sich nicht täuschen von den 5 Sterne! Das Haus ist einfach alt und schreklich! Habe ein Luxus Zimmer gebucht, will gar nicht sehen wie die anderen aussehen! Man hört die neben an Zimmer als ob sie in mein Zimmer geduscht haben ... Room Service , jeder fast food Kette , wäre besser! Die Krönung war , habe mein Ladegerät für‘s Handy vergessen , und nach paar stunden bin zurück ins hotel , und ist verschollen! Die Mitarbeiter zeigten total desinteresse!! Be Good to yourself and Book another hotel !

Ótima localização, vista do café da manhã perfeita, café também maravilhoso muitas opções. Acredito que os recepcionistas poderiam mostrar os serviços do hotel na chegada e também que tem um restaurante no último andar ninguém comentou. A limpeza precisa melhorar, o quarto estava com cheiro mofo.

Café muito bom, atendimento muito bom, localização muito boa. Hotel icônico da cidade. Só precisa melhorar colchões e travesseiros. Pelo menos do último quarto que fiquei deixou um pouco a desejar.
