Alright for one/two nights...”
The good: - Room is a bit bigger than the average in HK. - Wifi very fast - Great location - Staff very polite The bad - The toilet did not work in nearly all our stay... - Hot water runs away very fast (it was cold in HK) so it was a need in that moment. - Cleaning can be improve

Nice owner, best location”
From airport, you can ride the Bus A21. It will cost you HKD33. This guesthouse is in front of MTR Tsim Sha Tsui Station and Nathan Road Bus Stop. You can easily find it...5 minutes walk from Avenue of Stars. When my mom and I entered the room, it is clean and complete with stuff that you need. (Hot and cold shower, water heater, TV, blower, towels, soaps, toothbrush and toothpaste). There is even an electric adapter already inserted (HK peeps use 3prong wall socket). I don't know why others were complaining...You get what you pay for. I guess for us, it was a bit more than what we paid for. The room with twin beds had space enough to move even though we have 2 hand carry luggages and 2 handbags. I forgot to ask the guy his name... :) The guy in the reception (not sure if he is the owner lol) is nice; he treats you well. You can also ask him directions easily. Highly recommended place when you are on a tight budget!

Great spot for a busy tourist”
Location is perfectly just beside TST. Has a dvd store right below, KFC/McDonalds right beside for breakfast, near the tourist area which are within walking distance. Though the bed is not that soft, they don't make the bed or change the towels daily to avoid missing items. But security wise, the place is very safe and even has a key to press for added security for the door.

Good value place to crash”
The rooms are tiny. I mean tiny. However, they are clean and the location is convenient (access the building on the north side of the Majestic Building). The rooms also have windows, a bonus in a cramped space. The elevator is slow and crowded, but functional. Overall good value and I would stay again if looking for something in this price range (but frankly would probably pay more if returning to the area as rooms in this range are miniscule).

Near to MTR.”
Near to MTR. Hotel location is great as it is near to so many eatery places and shops. Toilet is very small and toilet bowl stuck. Room also very small.

Wonderful stay!”
My mom and I booked this place from December 6 to 9. This was my second time in HK and my mom's 6th time so we are well aware of how difficult it is to book cheap lodging. In our last visit, we stayed at Chunking Mansion and it is the worst decision we have made! The place was easy to find- just across the MTR station. After staying at a five star hotel in Macau, I have the least expectations for this guesthouse. The elevator was cramped and I was thinking I should book another place. After being greeted by the owner, we were led to our room and lo and behold the room was immaculately clean! There is enough space for our luggage and we were provided two blankets. They also provide toiletries and towels for our convenience. The design of the room was simple but lovely. If you've stayed in Chunking or Mirador mansions before, you will totally agree that this is worlds apart from the normal rooms offered there. This guesthouse is also walking distance to KFC, McDonald, and local shops and eateries outside. You can get maps and pamphlets from the guesthouse so you could plan your excursions or you can ask the owners themselves so they could help you out. The internet is quite fast and stable so you could always stay connected -good fore uploading those instagram pictures or for sending documents to your boss. Overall, this is worth the money. Never will I book other places aside from this one.

Superb location, cosy room”
This place was located literally right across the exit of B1 Tsim Sha Tsui MTR. The place was not difficult to find at all and you can take a bus from the airport to get here. The room was really cosy and had sufficient space to lay out my luggage and still walk around comfortably. There are many shops nearby - pharmacies, fast food, restaurants and cafes within 7 mins walk from the guest house. They don't provide daily room cleaning services, but they can give you additional toiletries if you request for them. The beds were comfortable too. On the other hand, the rooms are not soundproof, so it's possible to hear your neighbors chatting/people along the hallway. The sinks were also way too small, so we had slight difficulties when we wanted to brush our teeth/wash our faces. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and I would stay here again if I visited HK again

Best Location ”
Best location for our tight schedule (2 days HK plus 1 day Macau Vacation- 2nd week Nov 2016). The place is walking distance to TST Station B2 Exit so transport was easy, close to shopping malls/areas and tourist spot. Choosing this guesthouse is practical for those budget conscious, tight schedule and only needs a place to sleep and proximity to tourist attractions is a priority.

Clean and as advertised!”
The best valued accommodation with MTR right opposite the building, tonnes of Char Chan Teng, Fast Food, Malls within walking distance! Guesthouse was clean and tidy looked like there is an in-house maid who cleans daily and ensures amenities are refilled. Ideal for non-picky backpackers.
