If you want to stay somewhere near LB for relaxation, this is a good place for you.”

Pros: Quiet place, very green, spacious pool area, helpful staff Cons: Villas (at least the one I got) are missing wardrobes or something where I can hang my clothes. AC units are not maintained properly, was not able to adjust the thermostat manually. Overall: Surprised with the room I got for the price I paid. Wasn't able to use the pool due to time constraints but it was a great stay nevertheless. Just need to improve some equipment, and this will be a top pick for people traveling to Laguna.

nature lover, cleanliness is well maintained, affordable price

We arrived 2hrs earlier and since the room is available the staff let us stay immediately in our designated room. Surprisingly our departure time didnt adjusted as what they say. The room was a bit small for us (couple with a 4yr old kid. The room was clean though. Super nature lover, lot of trees but still the cleanliness maintained. The kids pool was good for it is 3ft high and hotspring no worries if my daughter will get cold. We ordered our food to max resto on the contrary he food serves fast and still very hot. We enjoy our stay and definitely we'll go back. It's the best for simple family outing, we dont know how to swim well that's why the depth of the pool is not a big deal for us. it's the safety and the corteousness of the staff that make us delighted. :)

Good staff, good location, clean rooms

We got a good deal and it's worth it. My only comment is just that they dont have a bar or resto and it seems that there is not much to do but swim, especially in the evening. The staff were kind enough to direct us to their other resort which is just a 2-minute drive, so we would rather directly go there next time instead.

    Whole experience is good”

Pros: Resort is clean and well maintained. Villas and rooms are well planned/situated. A classy vibes at a low price. The couple room we had is okay. Small but clean and just few steps away from the swimming pools. Residential area outside the resort where there are sari-sari stores that you can buy food and other stuff. They have corkage fees on food and drinks. Just be creative in hiding ur outside purchases :) Cons: TV reception is poor (but who needs tv anyway during vacation). Front desk receptionists do not know how to follow their rule of first come first serve basis. While waiting for our room to be ready, we witnessed a large group came for a check-in and one staff offered multiple rooms which group agrees. But when the same staff is going to book the rooms for the group, there's this another staff who booked one of the rooms which was already offered to the large group that came first and made the booking first. There should have only one making the room reservation/booking.

    Barely a 2 star resort”

The inclusive breakfast was great. it tasted good and the serving was generous. the receiving staff were courtious and the room was clean.

Overall it barely made it as average. Though we only got the villa for less than 2k, I felt as if it should have been cheaper. The room, though it was small, was very clean and tidy. It had a small aircon which barely did its job during the day and a small tv. It was an ok room for the less 2k rate but what disappointed me were the pools. They were really old with lime deposits and stains. there are even names carved out from the stained pool tiles which for me were very discouraging. The pools were only 3/4 filled and the water was also very cloudy even just right after it was cleaned. There were 2 hotspring kiddie pools that were only 1/3 filled. It was not as hot as other hotspring pools i've tried. It was being filled out only by 1 plastic tube which i think is the reason why the water cools off faster than it fills the pool. they also dont have a dedicated videoke place so you can hear everyone singing from your room. To be fair, we loved the food and the staff were also very helpful. Overall i would only recommend the place if you're on a tight budget. If you have a few thousand bucks and budget is not an issue then you might want to consider other places.

Its like we rented the whole place cause where the only ones using the pool since it's not peak season. The rooms are clean. The only problem is since we were there on christmas eve we cant find any fast food or any restaurant near the place, no delivery services accepts our order either. But all in all it was so much fun. cheap, breakfast (provided by Max's restaurant)

The stay was ok, average. Room is small but can be understood given the cheap price. Biggest issue with the stay was the noise. Rooms are not well insulated against noise and resort allows people to sing their lungs off until wee times in the morning. It would have been nice if they have a policy to cut off the karaoke by 10 or 11pm. Other issue was the broken phone. Had to go out and climb the stairs to the front office to order breakfast. If you want to stay here and have some peace and quiet request for a room that is far from the pool. Now your only problem is climbing and going down the stairs.

    Plenty room for improvement”

Me and my girlfriend both work in hospitality so we know what we're talking about. Dirty water at the pool - yes understandable that there are a lot of people who go there on weekends but they should have a system to maintain it. Off-white sheets, dusty billiards/pool table, leaves, mud everywhere - since they are surrounded with greens, they should have people who sweep the surroundings, make sure that there are no water building up from the rain to avoid those mosquitoes. Poor maintenance. No food available on the resort. Food delivery, like pizza or the likes, is promoted but not seen through. You have to call the main desk from your room and they'll call the company you ask for and connect them to you. We tried twice without any results, so we left the resort searching for food by ourselves. Having someone at the gate so you don't have to open it by yourself (without being checked) would also be a bonus. They have a spacious and nature-feel ambiance. If they'll be able to maintain the facilities, they can even sell the place at a higher price but as things are the ratings will never be better than mediocre.

    Lacks basic resort services”

No restaurant inside the resort. You'll need to drive out for meals or bring your own food. Walking out to find food isn't an option at night because you'll need to pass through hilly terrain for some distance. No electric kettle inside the rooms. If you need hot water for tea or coffee, you'll need to bring your mug and go all the way to the reception area, which is at the entrance gate, far from the cottages.
