The location just nice distance to city center. Room located at highest floor. Big enough for 4 adult and 2 kids. But bring your own snacks and drinks. Hotel only privide fridge,tv, iron, towel and pot jerang air. No baverage etc...Large pool. And separate pool for kids.

Overall good but need some upgrade ”
The house is really nice. Very clean and the air-cond is super plus the air on the 11th floor is so windy. The location is good as it's nearer to the city. However, we are quite disappointed when the fridge is not working and the microwave is quite old. It's an apartment with different blocks where the visitors are only allowed to park at the site, we find it hard during the rainy time, I hope the management could do something on that. The house owner said will charge RM 10 for 5 minutes delay in checkout which is quite unfair.

Swimming pool can’t be used yet. Only got to know when arrived at apartment. Owner should put additional info so that guest well known about this. Water heater is not functioning as well.

liquid soap & toilet paper n fruit knife. Asked to leave shoes outside the unit (subject to theft) but without providing slippers n expect guests to walk barefoot on cold floor tiles. No other utensils provided except 4 sets of coffee cups. Shower area open to WC without any partitions in between n water splash all over the whole bathroom leaving wet floors behind for the next WC user.

Nice Apartment with secure environment”
I've travel to Malacca with my family and old parent. This apartment located near Malacca town. Nice apartment with clean interior. Aircond in every room and living hall. The kitchen is served with some utensil and it's very helpfull. From the balcony, we can see the sea and very refreshing. The apartment is secured with security guard that always around and very helpful to you. Two thumbs up for the security. I also provided with the access card that you'll need for access the lift and parking. The parking also convinience becoz u can park anywhere and near to the lift. Center of the aparment, there are swimming pool for you and small pool for your kids. My kids enjoyed play at the playground and slide beside the pool. Value for your money. Thanks again to the management. Definitely will come again if I travel to Malacca.

Very pleasant stay”
We had a very nice stay at this apartment. We were upgraded for free to the one with sea view. the rooms are very clean with very good furniture. I recommend this to anyone visiting Melaka. I will definitely go back and spend more time. You need to have your own transport because you cannot walk to the city center. But with a car it takes about seven minutes to get to the city. thank you for the service and keep this up!
