Good locations”
Very good location. All we need is near from the hotel: motorcylce for rent, restaurant next door, mini mart also near. At night little bit noisy because of Pub/Bar is infront the hotel. But its not big problem. By 12.30 there already shut down the music. 5star for Malany Villa. And also Thank You to receiptionist. Stay here June 2016.

Overall is ok”
If you want to stay here, you better choose the room with balcony, so you can hang dry your clothes. Since the highlight activities over there mostly are water-related like Blue lagoons(there are 3 place like blue lagoon, one of them is famously known, you can find the picture of this place a lot in reviews. Other 2 ..not so much known by tourist. If you like peaceful place, I recommend.) and tubing along the Song river. Staffs was helpful. But the worst thing over here is internet. It's very very slow most hotel over there has bad internet. No matter where you choose.

Thoroughly disappointing stay”
We booked via Agoda for 4 nights hoping to have a reasonably pleasant stay however this was not the case. The room and bathroom were not clean nor in working order. The air con barely gave out a breeze and leaked most nights. The second night resulted in us staying at their sister hotel Malany Hotel as the power went out in the majority of Vang Vieng. When the power eventually came on, the power to the 3rd (our floor) & 4th floor didn't work. The night supervisor did not speak English so it was difficult to relay our disappointment, hence the move of hotel. The 2 daytime receptionists were very friendly and helpful with booking tours and buses. I would not recommend this hotel to a friend as I would not want them to endure what we had to.

Great hostel for backpackers!”
Great little place, good wifi, clean rooms, hot water. right opposite Sakura bar which means lots of loud music! the guy at the desk was great, sorted out day trips for us to the caves and blue lagoon. also sorted out our bus to vientiane at good prices. would definitely recommend this place for backpackers like ourselves.

Good location, inexpensive”
Check out at noon, but electricity off at 10 am. Humid walls, dirt in ungles. Staff unable to give information, even though they spoke English. The room has one advantage - if you see it, you want to leave it. This way you see more attractions of Vang Vieng.

Location Location Location!”
Right in the mix of the bars and restaurants and around the corner from tubing. Directly opposite the famous Sakura bar where everyone parties late into the night- we stayed on the ground floor towards the back of hotel and this didn't bother us at all! The noise of the fan in our room pretty much blocks it out so you hear it ever so faintly- rooms towards the front will probably have more of a problem. Next door to Irish pub which serves good food with a free pool table. Wifi works ok at hotel and in rooms- a bit glitchy. We booked our tickets onto our next stop at the front desk- staff were very helpful!

Quiet and Clean”
Stayed one night on our way to Phonsavan. Hotel was easy to find, close to many local restaurants and bars. Double bed was hard but tolerable for one night. Room was big with good size bathroom, no hot water for showering though. Tv and a/c worked well. Breakfast not included in price even though it was listed as included on Agoda, not a big deal because we had to be up very early to continue our trip. Good service by staff, able to speak basic English. Good price and location for a layover night.

Room was really great- spacious and clean. WiFi was ok, and location was very central. directly opposite one of main bars, Sakura. Surrounded by restaurants and food stalls, and really close to where you get rings for tubing.

Good Location, Value for money”
Opposite Sakura bar, should request room in upper level or you won't be able to sleep. Staff is very helpful and you can buy cheaper tour package here from you bargain. (ex. Hot air balloons)

basic room, good price/location”
Just the basic room, good price for what you get. Close to the drop off area for the local bus station. Can walk to bus station, 15 mins, if do not want to take tuk tuk or taxi. Easy check in/out. No fridge in room, no chair. Just basic decent bed, modern toilet, a/c good, room fan with 3 different speeds, shower (sometimes hot water depending on arrival of others), clean. Only problem we encountered was several mosquitoes in our room so we kept a/c on and turned room fan on too.

Simple but spacious ”
Large bedroom and bathroom but extremely basic. Pretty grotty rooms but ample for the money. WiFi OK. Air con good. Power went off on just 2nd floor twice. Noise from bar across until midnight. Great location right in the centre. OK for 2 nights but wouldn't return

Clean room, good a/c, hot and cold water for shower, cable Tv, several mosquitos in our room, close to bus station and city centre. Only stayed one night during a trip to Luang Prabang.

Perfect for a cheap place to stay”
Cheap place to stay in the centre of town with friendly staff. Rooms had air con and good showers and comfortable beds. Location is perfect with shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. A good place to stay!

Bad service”
We stayed in a triple room for three nights. The first night we found around 10-15 cockroaches all over our room. We went down too the reception, but it was only a guy there who couldn't speek English, so we showed him pictures of cockroaches and he went too look at our room. We asked to change room, but he said "tomorrow, tomorrow" so we had too sleep there to the day after. The day after we went down too the reception again and asked for a refund and to change room. Now it was a different guy in the reception, who spoked average English. He replied that we couldn't get a refund and we should've talked to him yesterday, becouse the other guy couldn't speek English. It's really not our fault that he wasn't there to do his job, and he went on by asking us if it was cockroaches at all, and not geckos that we did see... At the end we at least got to change rooms and we didn't see any more cockroaches . The last day we where taking a nightbus and therefore asked to extend the check out time. We knew that it was very few people at the hotel, and after the bad service we got the first nights it couldn't be a problem at all. But the staff said after some thinking about the price, that it would cost 50 000 for one hour extend, and after some negotiations they change the price for two hour. We did not take the offer. All in all we where really unsatisfied and I've would never stayed here again.

Useful staff, the best location for party, Cheap”
If you are looking for clean and cheap place to stay, I would recommend this place. It right in front of the most popular bar name Sakura. All the bars and clubs in this area will close at 00:30, so it should be fine for those who sleep after that.

Good location and nice service”
All everything in this place! You can buy bus ticket, van ticket, half or one day trip here. If you want to get drunk it is very suit you just 1 minute walk to Sakara bar the most famous one there. Wifi is good enough if the power is not fail. Receptionist is very helpful but it is very noisy at night be cause of bar.
