"I know the location begs the high cost for hotels in this area. The hotel is cute, clean, located next to a famous pizza place and a grocery store with a deli and is across from the beach. The walls are VERY THIN. We heard our female neighbor “entertain” multiple men until 3am. It was terrible and my two young girls were traumatized. The woman was very loud and vocal and we thought we were listening to pornography for most of the night. No one was available to complain to and there were no phones in the room to notify hotel management. Also, the WiFi didn’t work and the receptionist seemed to care less and was dismissive when I informed her that the password provided was incorrect. Spend a bit more money and go to a different place. "

"Calamigos, I'll be posting a review of my stay on Agoda but wanted to share with you first in case there is anything the property would like to further assist with. My husband and I stayed last weekend for our anniversary. We were very excited to visit the property since we had heard good things. However, the price point the hotel is at is severely misaligned with the level of service we received. I think most of our issues can be addressed with better training moving forward, but when I am paying all-in about $1,000 per night, I expect 5-star service which unfortunately was not what we received. We went to the pool and the pool staff was very friendly but only offers pre-made boxed food at high prices ($14 for a small bag of chips and a tub of guac for which there is no refrigerator in the room should it not all be eaten). When we went to dinner at the onsite restaurant our server was very friendly but the chicken was over-cooked and rubbery not to mention it took a while to come"
