great location, right at the end of hongdae street--close from everything I like (you might like). close from sang su station, not far from hapjeong station. people who complain about the facilities or cleanliness need to stop being cheap and get themselves a hotel because this is a very reasonable place for visitors looking for a comfortable and affordable option. staff and owner are very nice and friendly. bathroom/shower on each floor.

The location of the accommodation is great, as it is located near Hongdae Street, offering plenty of food options and a lively atmosphere. However, there are some things that we would like to provide feedback on. The room we stayed in was quite cramped, leaving little space for our luggage. Additionally, there was only one dim light in our room and just one shared female toilet available, which unfortunately got clogged on our first day, causing the corridor floor to flood. We hope that these issues can be addressed in order to improve the comfort of future guests.

Good location. Very small room. Only big enough for two beds. But it was comfortable enough and the shared bathrooms were clean. There's a shared kitchen too. I'd stay again for one night, but I wouldn't stay here for multiple days.

For those looking to having a night out staying in Hong Dae for a reasonable price, Mamas and Papas has a good cost performance value. Although the hostel beds and facilities are basic, you do have a communal kitchen, free Wi-Fi, filtered water, etc. that most hostels provide. As a previous reviewer stated, it's not really a place to stay long term but if you are looking to have a fun night out in Hong Dae for a third of the price or less for it's ideally located position near popular nightclubs, bars, restaurants and shopping, this place is great to crash for the night. Also, staff employee Beena was kind, friendly and informative, which was much appreciated after a long day's journey.

Good place to stay for my 1 night. I feel like home despite of sharing the dorm with others. The host is so friendly!! At hongdae area which are alive at night but you won't feel the noises from outside. Toilet is clean and comfortable. Bed also very comfy and room is spacious. Got elevator 🛗 Thanks!!
