    My trip”

This is a place we call home.. very comfortable, valuable and it's make you feel like you in your own house. Anyway the staffs very helpful, friendly and nice. Housekeeping is the best their very polite and respectful also friendly. Also one of the Indian uncle as bellboy over there very senior staff but so nice helpful and very polite. For me absolutely I will come again there. But one thing only because if ordering delivery food have to take it at reception counter because lady at reception said it's their hotel rules and policy. So must obey hehe. The room is comfy also bathroom got bathtub very nice. Food also getting better. Only almost each room I think better upgrade for the plugs because in room there a fews but only can use 1 or 2 at bed areas. Most of it already damage can't use anymore. Especially near bed it easier for customer to charge their handphone. For anyone out there try once check in here at Mandarin court hotel trust me u will satisfied and come again..

    Clean, functional hotel.”

    Decent value for central KL

The mandarin court is a typical 3-star-ish kuala lumpur hotel: Clean, decent size room with working bathroom, functional aircon etc. It doesn't have much atmosphere, but its a pleasent place to spend a few days. From the rooms on the higher floors you get a decent view, of the petronas towers if you are on the right side. One negative aspect is that the (darkly tinted) windows do not open at all. Another thing is the location: While it is very close on the map to Petaling street, actually walking there involves walking about a kilometer to a pedestrian crossing spanning the 8 lane road right in front of the hotel. The noise from the road is not that bothersome, but if you want to spend time in chinatown, i would recommend finding a place on the other side of the road. You can obviously take a taxi which will cost you as little as 5 - 10 ringgit if you want to.

the room that i get is really nice design..The price is not too expensive and affordable for those who want to live in the city view..near to pulic transpots

the reception staff very friendly...the check-in process just only take about 3-4 minutes and not make me wait too long..the give me the nice room and larger window with nice Kuala Lumpur city view...I can see KLCC and KL tower from my room...the room also clean...but need some improvement about TV channel...some TV channels was not clear even thought they use satelite connection...the TV also need to change to flat TV...the lift to the room can access to anybody because no room card access...but it is fair enough to the price that i paid...

    Lovely Hotel with a smile”

The location is near to China town.

As always, I had stayed in this hotel for the past one year. I liked the Environmet. It's quiet & peaceful. From the very first day I had stayed in this hotel, I had never find anything not good enough for the prices & condition of the room. I would always put as my first prioirty when choosing a hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

    Helpful staff”

very good and helpful staffs. I asked to check the room first and their veteran hotel bellboy who has worked there for 18 years, accompanied me to see the room. When viewing the room, I asked where was the bath tub drain stopper and he told me I will need to request for one and he will help me do it. I read some reviews on agoda that some complained that the stopper was missing because many who steal it and the hotel management decided to keep them and only provide upon request. The bellbiy was very friendly, talkative , helpful and even explained to me how to get to Petaling Street from the hotel which was a short walk away. My package came with breakfast and though it wasn't that great but it was still very decent. Overall for the money i paid, its well worth it. Although the exterior of the hotel looks pretty old, but inside it looked clean and well managed. I would come here stay here again in the future.

    Return Visit”

I have stayed here before and it would have been a wonderful hotel at one time. Is still veryoung clean, staff very helpful, everything in good condition. Seems to be a favourite for package tours so not the kind of place to meet new people by the swimming pool. The pool is covered by a roof so is quite cool if not cold. Is very close to Maharajalela Monorail station but not so close to anything else. Is close to Chinatown but probably too close to catch a taxi-hard for it to cross the road to the hotel- making it a bit scary at night to walk home. Regardless a luxury hotel in central KL with great staff for a budget price

    Worth Every Penny spent!!”

For 3nights stayed at this hotel during the CNY, my comments below: 1) It was TRULY value for money considering that I got the best deal from AGODA (about RM100/night) which is fantastic!! Hope that both AGODA and the Hotel management could do a great promotion like this in the future 2) Location wise is good judging it is quite near to the MONORAIL Station. It is only a walking distance though if you want to lingering around KL City. 3) Hope that the Housekeeping team could place some roaches repellent in the wardrobe as it may attract some roaches (regardless of sizes & types). 4) In terms of staff and facilities, both of it are excellent. Hopefully, the management can allocate a bathtub blocker/stopper so that the customer can use the bathtub. Other than that, although the hotel looks kind a old (like hotels in the mid 1990's), but it still can cope with the current customers' needs.

Hotels close to the monorail station. It's easy if you would go anywhere. Close to KLCC and KL Sentral, Central Market and China Town. Breakfast is quite nice and clean. We can view Twin Tower from Window Room. So at the recommendation if staying in Kuala Lumpur.

    ORDINARY”

    Good room service,pleasant staff,good location.

The hotel is in a good location but does have its downfalls. The room really needed some furniture replaced (Chair with cigarette hole burnt into it. The sheets used on some days had stains on them and for sanitary reasons should be disposed of. The house keeping service of the room was ordinary with surfaces that needed cleaning not getting cleaned at all during my 10 day stay. The bathroom needs very badly updating plug in shower/bath not working at all and plug in hand basin not working properly. Floor mat for bathroom was taken but usually not replaced having to ring about replacement. Television is old with poor to reasonable reception but considering where hotel is in Kuala Lumpur city picture quality should be excellent and not enough diversity of channels. Extremly hard to get a Taxi from hotel. Room service from kitchen was excellent as was on main desk. If you work on a 5 star hotel rating you would rate this as 2.5 star. If the owners were smart it would not take a great expense to improve the rooms to a reasonable standard. If you are looking for reasonable accomadation in Kuala Lumpur at a reasonable price I am sure you will find better than this.

    Short but comfortable stay”

Booked an exec King room with extra bed for my elderly parents who were attending a hi-tea function at the ballroom. Eventhough the hotel is old, but it is acceptable. Lift is slow but not crowded. Hotel covered parking entrance and exit was bit narrow. Room was clean. Bathroom was spacious but the bath tub is not working and the floor was slipery when wet. Please be careful speacially children and elderly.Staff was polite and helpful when we asked for praying mat, car registration and ordering room service. The room service menu is not bad, with affordable price. Provide daily newspaper.

Close to Chinatown with rooftop pool”

    Location, pool, friendly staff

We stay at the Mandarin Court when in KL. It's close to Chinatown, the monorail and is reasonable value for money. They have a rooftop lap pool. Ask for a room with a city view - the views are spectacular. The buffet breakfast is OK.

Hotel at the center of Kuala Lumpur”

Near to public transport, easy access
The room kinda old and a litle bit pricy

The hotel is located at very good location, nearby there is bus stop and Kuala Lumpur's Monorail station (Maharajalela Station). Nearby to Petaling Street and golden triangle area (Bukit Bintang). The room is fine, just it is kinda old, if possible to refurbish or upgrade it. The room price is near a high side of this kind of hotel. The breakfast buffet is fine, the food well keep warm. Overall staff are friendly and helpful. Still the among the best value hotel for the area and nice place to stay.

Friendly Staffs, Fast check-in and fast check-out.

very relaxing and comfortable with easy access to major shopping malls and restaurants. it was a pity that I have got a room without window. I hope to get a room with window when I book for my next trip to Kuala Lumpur.

    Satisfied”

I was looking for an affordable place to retreat and relax. Mandarin Court exceeded my expectation. Wifi is really poor but I'm still okay with it. Breakfast was okay. However the day before I check out, the corridor lights from the elevator to my room doesn't work, and I was so scared to walk alone back to my room although just few steps away. Overall, I will consider to stay again in future.

    Great location and satisfactory room”

    Great location

hotel stay was great. rooms were rather clean and well mantained. was given a queen size bed for a room for two person. room was spacious enough and toilet was clean. as we were staying on the 8th floor of the hotel, the window view was amazing. we are able to oversee the menara kuala lumpr and even the petronas twin tower from our window view. you can imagine the spectacular view at night! hotel location was great. it was walking distance to the nearest commuter/train station. however, we ended up walking to the different places such as masjid jamek station, central market and petaling street. traffic was horrible during peak hours and kl and even the train station was overload with people queing for it. advisable, not to take a cab during its peak period. it could cost a bomb!
