Right in front of Termini Station”
I stayed for one night because I have an early morning train from the termini station. It's totally easy to walk with luggages from the property to Termini Station to catch the train or bus to the airport.
The place is simple but clean and comfortable! It was a little bit hard to find it because there’s no sign at the door but after founded was good location and big and nice rooms!
The check in was quite difficult and confusing. The address on Agoda was not the same as the actual address. In addition, we need to get to the other building after check-in was done, because apparently the room was not on the same building with check-in counter. The receptionist, an old chinese lady, did not speak good English, however, a young chinese man who helped us with our arrangement is very helpful & able to speak excellent English. Anyway, the place is quite new when we arrived in April, a lot need to be done & there were renovations inside the apartment, but overall, it was a quiet stay.
Ok but could be better ..”
Room was in another building. It is an apartment sharing with 2 groups. There is only one toilet/bathroom thus there is a queue in the morning for everyone to use the facilities. 2 out of 3 wall socket were not working. They told us they will fixed it on the day we check in but it was never fixed. There is no air con thus we can only use one fan. We were lucky that the weather was not too warm at night otherwise it will be difficult to sleep. Staff was friendly and helpful when we couldn’t locate the apartment as it was not properly signposted. Apartment was right in front of Roma Termini thus was convenient.
Location is centralized. Price? Over priced. Aircon didn’t work, crowds on walk ways but they are ok. Very near train termini, convenient to go back to airport, sightseeing hop on/off buses, plus city buses
I would like to make a complain about this hostel. This is such a bad experience. I first went to the reception to check in. The staff told me that I am not going to live in here but another flats along the same street. The directions made by her were not clear and the telephone number she gave me to ask for help is not in service. The worst is that when I entered the room, the room is totally different from the pictures I saw on Agoda. Also, there is no bunk bed inside the room, but one double bed and two single beds. I have no idea why there is a double bed since each of us don't know each other to sleep together. I am really furious about what had happened to me and requested to have compensations or even refund about this bookings.
The guest house is very near to the train station and easy to locate. Just one night, my stay was fine. Overall the place is clean and easy access to anywhere. lots of shop and restaurants around the area.
A good location close to Roma Termini train station. The main down side, is it is extremely difficult to find the accommodation as there is only a tiny sign next to the bell. The presence of a easy to spot sign would be the main improvement that I can suggest.
Very good. Clean, close to Roma Termini, friendly staff. Female dormroom good option to know Rome and other people.
Cheap but noisy”
Jennifer, the receptionist was very accommodating and kind. Only problem is the window, people pass by the stairs and can us through the window as it could not be closed. Bathroom was very clean. Lots of black people hanging outside night and day. If you're on a budget, this is recommended.
the location of the room we get (in an apartment) is different from the location of the reception (address on website). We checked in at the reception address and the receptionist brought us to another apartment block that is 1-2mins walk away, but it's still at the main street across the train station, which is very good.
Good location ”

Not recommended !!! Read other reviews as well.”
Positive : Close to station.(** but we were given a room from different building..) Good 1 night at most Negative : Black guys hang around infront of the hotel overnight. They Piss, vomit on road. Our Room was not in the Photos, so cheap room was given. Water pressure was low. Others can see through the room window. You can overhear other rooms/ noisy If you are a lady, couple or with kids I do not recommend this place at all...We wished we could leave the hotel..waste of money
They don't speak English at all so it's hard to communicate.
Very close to Termini”
Host is very nice and helpful, speak Mandarin and English Very close to Termini Station Very clean room A bit noisy as near Termini
Great location ”
Do not stay here...it a nightmare!”
Its a completely utter nightmare staying there to start off there's massive bed bugs problems..I'm leaving with numerous bites on my body.so is my family. horrible bites that numbs my arms at times weeks after.we stayed there hoping to save a few bucks but we paid a bigger price. the place looks nothing like the picture..the bed was broken..the sheets was thin and looked like it came from a shelter...you can't find the reception because its hidden in some doggy apartment probably hiding from authorities due to its operations.House keeping came everyday not to clean but to rearrange your valuables. we stucked up and stayed a couple of days since we couldn't get money back only to witness wiser people leaving having to stay less than six hours. stating that the place was filthy is an understatement. i won't wish this place on my worse enemy. the place should be closed down.we lost the money we paid for the nights booked where we could stand staying there anymore.hundreds of euro gone. do not book here if your life depend on it.
cold and noisy rooms with single glass window permits noise and cold wind to enter easily. Heating was insufficient from 2PM to 10 PM so it was very cold in the morning. In the afternoon and in the evening a lot of unemployed Africans are standing and drinking in front of the room. Nothing else happend...thank god
First of all, when we arrived there was nobody in the reception. I was trying to call the place whole day of our check in day, in the morning 5 times, when we landed couple times and finally when we got to the building. The phone was either busy or switched off. Fortunately somebody let us in to the building, since waiting outside would be rather dangerous. Yes, we needed to wait for half hour until the staff came! There's some shop just next to the hostel and suspicious individuals are drinking and standing literally in front of your doors which makes you come across them to go in. And don't expect any apology for being forced to wait, the staff barely speaks English. We were lucky we had a place to sleep. We paid for 3 double rooms. Two of them were OK, as expected, however me and my girlfriend were placed to unexpected one. There was a lock on room which you can open with everything. The room was cold and double bed was so bad we both had pain in the back the next day. And we needed to take a shower 2 floors below since there was no hot water. I could continue however that is just a waste of words. The point is: don't go there, it's not worth it.
