Things to do”
We came in winter and was rainy so lucky there was things to do here. They went in pool briefly as quite cold but jumped in spa nice and warm. Enjoyed the trampoline and basketball court. Nice apartment to chill in too nice and clean

The resort was beautiful! The room we were in was perfect spa bath and plenty of room for such a low price!! The manager was amazing she was so helpful and lovely absolutely would recommend staying here the manager was so accommodating.. the pool was beautiful and the spa. Loved loved loved every minute. It’s so good how great management can make a true difference.

Host was amazing! Communication excellent tidy & clean, remarkable so happy. Pool & Spa was spectacular we were placed right near the pool the kids loved every single bit of it. We enjoyed our weekend away!

Mandurah Family Resort ”
We had a little weekend away here and it was just perfect, the manager was so lovely and nice, our unit was very well set out and had everything we needed including a spa bath which was a fun novelty for the kids. The best was the facilities though, a perfect swimming pool that the kids spent hours in and a spa right next to the pool that we enjoyed bubbling away in. Also some great trampolines and a playground perfect family stay away

Great resort although I asked for no stairs at all as I have a bad back and my mother also has a plate in her back to get down to the pool area was massive steps with no ramp for a pram . I payed 650 for the 4 nights and I did email them so I was a little disappointed 😔 as it was my daughters 2nd birthday . But I would stay again . Just don’t get involved with residents who live there . They are a bit on the crazy side

great affordable place for a family”
It is an older place but well maintained great pool great bbqs and playground literally a 2 minute walk to the beach 5-10 . 10 minute walk to the Marina restaurant precinct . Would definitely go back

It's not a bad resort in a quiet spot it just a little way out of Mandurah town centre if you haven't got a car.

Kids Loved it”
Stayed here for a week with 4 kids under 11. We loved it. The kids spent hours and hours and hours in the Pool or Spa. There were also a couple of inground trampolines to enjoy. Close to the beach. Basketball courts and a basic playground. There is a gazebo with BBQ facilities. We had a room with bunks and two singles on a mezzanine. The adult bedroom was off the kitchen on the floor so it worked well. Probably could do with a games room and vending machines with snacks/drinks; but probably just because my kids are used to them.

Affordable fun for the family”
Finding a great location on a budget for a family is often hard but this place is fantastic! Everything you need from BBQs to sport activities to a relaxing spa and nice swimming pool. We will definitely be back!

Short stay”
Came for a couple of nights with my two young kids. Loved the pool, trampolines and basketball court. The villa was a little dirty and old but all in all we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back.

The facility is very good for young children. Trampolines sporting activities and a great playground area. The villa we had was very run down and needed some attention but clean. Worse the main bedroom was facing the outside and the lights were on all night. It was like daylight in the room. Unfortunately I cannot sleep with that much light. So if you cannot too I recommend you ask for a villa away from the lights.

A bit old & tired”
All a bit old & tired. Kitchen needs more in the way of utensils, platters, fry pans etc. Only 2 small rolls of toilet paper for a group of 5 for 2 nights & the outdoor spa had only a few jets working & was lukewarm. The beds were comfy with good quality linen.

This is a very old resort with good facilities for kids. Sadly it has been run down, is poorly maintained, and partly because of private ownership of a lot of units by people who let long term, and it would appear do no spend any money on maintaining their properties. Cleaning staff and Manager were great, but can only do their best. The Body Corporate here need a shake up...
