The rooms were clean and the cleaning lady is just a sweetheart. The rooms were very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable, give your staff awards!. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting RAK.

I really enjoyed my stay here, great location and the bar/ restaurant was brilliant value for money. Good size, clean room but the shower was cold. Friendly staff and good wifi. No complaints for the money!! Thank you, I would definitely stay again

The facilities are excellent. I booked using agoda but the staff were not able initially to deduct the amount from the registered card. Then, after several processes, the transaction was successful. The Manger apologies and gave me free room upgrade which was an excellent room with all amenities.

A Night at RAK”
The location is along the corniche, good to jog, take a walk, sip a coffee and dine out, and more markets are nearby. Meanwhile, in hotel, staff were all accommodating, all my requests were granted, the standard room was bigger than other Bin Majid Hotels like Acacia. On my stay, I got a cheaper rate probably because some amenities are still closed for renovation like pool and gym, but still the bar and noodle house are open. The room was clean and comfortable to stay-in with all the mentioned things on my booking, and the view of corniche was good though I preferred the view behind capturing my office location at RAK.

As a regular custer before they used to give me a suite when i book a mormal room but when all the staff changed tthey stopped upgrading mw to the suite and im a customer for ten years plus im very disapoimted but the only reason i still go there os the location

as a regular customer in mangrove for many years now i dont suggest anyone coz i dont get any privelage as a old customer in other hotels that im not a regular customer i got more room upgrades and stuff the only reason that i always choose mangrove is the location earlier i take a regular room and get an upgrade for the suite now that i m a more regular customer i dont get any upgrade . rareyly they upgrade me to the executive room instead of a swuite . and sometimes the price is too high for the hotel and every time i ask for a low floor i get the highest floor wich means they dont even read ur comments im really thinking of changing my place even if its a good location . i want my comfort if i dont get priveliges as a 10 year reguular customer then i might aswel go to hotels where i get good priveleges even though im not a regular customer the only one who is sooo helpful thare and i dont think he can do much is Mr. Saleem,he is very helpful and respectful

1. Linens have edge damage or holes on it. 2. Curtains hook disatrached 3. Interuption of power electricity (in the room) 4. Wrong password given upon arrival. However, great staff service, prompt and friendly. Nice view and perfect location for bike and foods near corniche. Food average.

price is too expensive compared to other new hotels the only reason i book here is its in the middle of the city and whenever i ask for low floor i get high i ask for double bed i get single bed earlier i used to book the cheapest room and get upgraded to suite now i never get upgraded to suit even though im a very old customer and a regular customer i would like to thanks mr hosam as he is always very very helpful thx
