It's my third stay in Manhattan, and I'm really enjoying it because the staff is very kind and professional, the rooms are very cozy and clean, and they have all the amenities. I'll mention it again: the staff of the hotel is really good; they like to hear you and guide you properly, and they honor you very well. If you have any issues, they will resolve them quickly and give you more good hospitality. When comparing the pricing of this hotel to the pricing of other hotels, I can say that I will come here 100 times and recommend this hotel to everyone. We booked the room for 3 days but we booked it separately, the first day was booked differently and so was the other 2 days, we were hoping to get upgraded room but then they just put us in the same room which made make us rethink our decision, we were really hoping for an upgraded room but then we stayed at the same room it’s really disappointing but we got through it because of how the services are all the butler, receptionist and other employees are good and respectful towards us, they serve us with delicious foods for breakfast and the rooms and the environment of the hotel is clean and hygienic, it’s pretty good, so far living at manhattan is 8/10 thank you for serving us <3 But please be considerate when a customer want an upgraded room please upgrade their room because we’ve experienced it once and did not want other people be dissatisfied

I have said it this hotel several times before and had a much better experience. This time when I checked in the room the walls were heavily stained, the TV was off to the left and down low so not easy to watch lying in bed. And something smell odd about the room. I thought it could only possibly be that they put me in a smoking room although I had asked for a non-smoking room. I called reception and they quickly answered me to another room that was much more agreeable. The next day I was in the room until about 12 noon. And then went out for the day and it's my surprise when I got back later in the evening the room had not been cleaned. It was late so I just requested that they bring me some fresh towels and the complimentary bottles of water. When the staff member arrive they had towels but no water. So I requested it again and I said okay but they did not bring the water. On the second day when I was ready to check out I called for a bellhop to come and help with the luggage. After about 15 or 20 minutes nobody had arrived so I called again. Another 10 minutes went by so I decided to just start moving the luggage down myself. Someone did arrive as I was approaching the elevator but they did not have a cart so I also work together to get the luggage downstairs. I then checked out and brought my car up from the parking to pick up my wife and my luggage. Then I pulled out a bit so it's not too block revolving traffic and stop my car in order to take a moment and put my Google maps coordinates into my device. My staff member in the parking lot and came up and not so gently let me know that I needed to move my car I explained what I was doing and said I will be finished in a moment and he walked off.
