Great hotel at great location.
The hotel is very nice and the breakfast is great with varieties. It is also very near to Kuningan Mall which is just a stone throw away. Convenient.

the location is strategic for the business traveller. you can go to center of city by taxi and its near from the hotel. for Dinner i just walk to the mall near from this hotel. professional staff is important for me and this hotel desserve it to me.

A dissapointing service
At first, i thought that i was very lucky they upgraded from standard room to triple room. After experiencing their staff service, i cant find the right words to express my disappointment. When i were having breakfast on 21st of September 2016 at 09:38, i asked to the person in charge for the food stall, since there's no peanut sauce for their Gado-gado. AMAZINGLY the person DOESN"T RESPOND AT ALL! and when i tried to asking to the woman with suit, and she DOESN'T RESPOND as well! I simply not demanding for a good staff handling situation, just please answer to my question, whether it's unavailable or whatever! And i thought that the room need some maintenance. water already leaking from the shower.

Okay but not good enough
Prime location. The check in process was frustrating and unnecessarily slow. The bathroom in my room had cockroaches in. When it was raining and I needed an umbrella they had none. The hotel is perfectly fine, but there are probably better options out there.

Bed Needs Replacement
The bed frame is in bad condition even though it is a suite. They are using masking tape to pull the bed together. Make a lot of loud sound when I tossed and turned at night. They really need to replace all the bed in the rooms

Very often the housekeeping after cleaning the room, failed to replacement clean towel. I ended up calling them to give me fresh towel almost on daily basis.

Electric kettle needs replacement
Almost all rooms electric kettle in bad condition. Most of them the cover broken. I know almost all rooms because I styed in this hotel almost on weekly basis.
