horrible
The building is too old and bad I was never happy.. First room that I had toilet doesnt work, dust is every corner ,chair is broken, wardrobe is peeled and duty I felt like ghost stays.. It was totally different than AGODA advertised.. no renovated,no frige in the room.. Anyway main thing was that the toilet doesnt work.. so they showed me two rooms one was same condition, the other was pretty good as I expected before but had to pay 4000 something peso.. that price? I would move other hotel( by the time I serched 'hotelcombined' the hotel price was lower than I paid, the price that they dealed I could go better hotel) So I got the same condition room but there was electric problme.. as soon as I went in the first room I asked staff showing my charger my charger will fit here or not he said it fits... after 3seconds I put my charger on it sparkle, light was out my charger totally burnt I cant use it anymore.. I was so scared I called to send somebody he kept saying IT IS OK(I didnt think it is) Anyway they changed room AGAIN 3rd room was next to the club it was very noisy all night long and no phone to call reception to ask waking me up so I had to go down stairs..I was sure I couldnt sleep well...and I couldnt... I WILL NEVER GO TO THE HOTEL I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND to PEOPLE.. I'm sure the hotel is worse than 8 people domitori room pricing 10bucks.. And AGODA should know not all rooms of the hotel are renovated.. I dont want to press any star if it is possible.

Gave them a second chance
Staff, location, room size
Because of the large desk area where I could set up my computer etc and the friendly staff I stayed at this property a second time. Breakfast is light on (one item and coffee and juice). I asked specifically for the coffee to be made hot this visit and staff obliged. I also worked out the secret to have a hot shower - don't turn the cold water tap on at all. Use the (left) hot water tap only. Staff good and thanks for the daily papers I could read in the large foyer.
