We got the option to upgrade to the VIP suite which was really nice! The executive lounge was spacious and the food was excellent. It came with complimentary breakfast and two free mangoes were waiting for us in the room. I always stay there the night before I fly because it's so easy to get to the airport.
Slight personal annoyances during my stay but overall still very good”
Minor inconvenience in that when I was checked in, they used my full name as the wifi password instead of just my surname. Just a bit of a hassle having to type out my whole name when logging in to my devices. Personally I also found the bed a bit too hard and the room a bit too quiet at night. There was also a motion sensor of some sort that would light up whenever I moved around in bed which was a bit of a distraction when you're trying to fall asleep. Other than those mentioned above, overall still a really great stay. Friendly staff, nice room and bathroom (bath tub even had bath salts) Cru steakhouse was really good and had phenomenal service consistent with that of the hotel. Resorts world and newport mall also right next door for the casino and other food choices. Right by the airport so no need to sit through the Metro Manila traffic after a tiring flight in order to get some rest at the hotel room. A bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for.
Great Hotel with Value for Money”
First time staying in Marriot and I am impressed with the hotel. You can smell the nice fragrance from lobby to lift and your room. Very well kept. I requested assistance from Front Desk by name of Marco, and he helped me with my task which was to collect something I forgotten from another hotel. Great job. Keep up the good work.
Very Happy Christmas Holiday”
Even no upgrade but Everything was perfect. The service is excellent! They gave me late check out longer than I expected becoz my kid was not feeling well. Appreciate their kindness. Definitely will come back
Best airport hotel”
I really just needed somewhere decent near the airport Terminal 3 (across the road) for a ridiculously early flight. This fit the bill and more. The room was new and lovely with lots of power/usb/hdmi/audio outlets. Wet room for great stylish bath and shower plus rain shower. Not enormous but fine size. Definitely recommend it and do check Agoda first for good rates. Strangely when I checked in they couldn't find my booking under Agoda but under booking.com.
Great hotel ”
We booked my husband and his family for the preps for our wedding last December and ended up extending our stay for few days. Although they were not allowed to take pictures in the vicinities outside the room, they still had a great time! This hotel has also one of the best comfort rooms ever! The bathtub was superb as well as the freebies! They also have the best buffet breakfast for the guests.
Beautiful rooms, relaxing stay”
Large rooms and large bathrooms, very clean and peaceful. Beautiful view over the golf course. Quiet, good wifi, fast room service. Large gym area with natural light too. Nice lobby area to grab a drink, food, or meet people. Friendly staff. Everything a business or vacationer could need. Minor downsides: TVs a bit small (but have all the right channels), and breakfast is a pricey $30; I found it better to order a la carte or dine in. Takes awhile to get a taxi and travel to Makati, so take that into consideration if you need to get there.
Great new year”
My fiance and I watched the New Year Countdown concert here so we booked a room here. The check-in and check-out process was not pleasant...took a while for a supposed to be 5-star hotel. Room and bathroom very nice. Breakfast buffet was awesome!!!
Was here recently for a conference. As a result of packed schedule, wasn't able to enjoy much of the facilities. I do wish to compliment the brilliant services provided by the staff. Everyone was cheerful and polite. Took a walk around the hotel to see it's facilities but unfortunately wasn't able to enjoy them. Enjoyed the breakfast spread; especially the fresh juices. The food was great too. The only annoying thing was having to notify of room number before entering the cafe, after which was asked again to sign the receipt and sort of pressurised to fill in the feedback form. I prefer to have breakfast in peace... other than that, it was a splendid experience.
Great Hotel close to the airport!”
Although we enjoyed our stay at the Marriott, it was not our first choice. We should have been in Tacloban City instead. Unfortunately, the APEC summit in Manila adversely impacted our travel plans and we had to arrange alternate lodging last minute. We have stayed in the Marriott before and knew what to expect. We paid $336/night all in, which is more than I like to pay for accommodations in Manila but certainly in line with a last minute reservation in a very nice hotel with so many Manila hotel rooms already booked for the summit. Marriott restaurants, although pricey, are excellent! Great buffet! If you like fine dining with outstanding ambience, try the Marriott steakhouse - Cru. WE enjoyed a Caesar salad prepared tableside, foie gras, shrimp gumbo, and USDA prime Angus Beef ribeye steaks. Yummy!!!! Cru also has a good wine list, especially for Manila. Too stuffed for desert!
This place was great except resturant”
My experience was excellent except the service in the restaurant. From the time food was ordered to the time I walked out of the restaurant was 35 minutes. I ordered Steak. The sad thing is we witnessed people who came in after us be seated and served their food. I will use this hotel again in January but will not use the dining facilities.
Great Place for a quick vacation in the metro”
celebrated our 13th year and had dinner at their famous Cru steakhouse restaurant. Too bad we were not seated at the main dining area because we our 6yr old son was with us. We were seated to a closed function room which was still ok but it much better if were accomodated at the main dining area to enjoy the romantic ambiance of the restaurant.
It is our first time to celebrate Christmas Eve in this hotel. We had our christmas eve dinner with my whole family! The Buffet at the Mcafe was spectacular. It was a bit pricey but the selections were all sooo good!
its matching to its 5 star rating…”
the shuttle bus is hourly from and to airport, the hotel is centrally located and accessible to shopping, theatre, restaurants, and casino that makes holiday makers convenient. The hotel is very clean and small things like outlet sockets every corner, bright lights (subject to dim lights) contributes can make a difference..Most of all, WIFI is fast..
good room near casino”
the hotel is very near to airport. they provide a free shuttle sevice to and from airport. It is a good hotel but they are very strict in comes of using their amenities. Only 2 adults and 2 children can use per room. If you have friends who want to swim with you, you will be charged 800pesos per extra person
Nice comfortable hotel”
My stay was good as I was accomodated with a big king size bed and non-smoking floor which I have requested. Check in was fast and service from Front Desk great. Requested for late check out till 2 pm was immediately granted. Internet service good in room though sometimes on and off Wi Fi but lobby area has good wi fi free connections. Overall nice and comfortable rooms and I would definitely be back in future
Best manila airport hotel”
My room here was great. Arrived and checked in terrain hat away. The shopping centre the hotel is attached to is great, lots of options for eating out. Had a bit of trouble getting to the airport on the morning that I left which was a bit of a pain considering it was an airport hotel.
Luxurious hotel near airport and casino”
Everything you'd expect from a top hotel. Great room and big comfortable bed. Lots of restaurants in hotel and resort world next door. It's right next to the airport so pretty convenient. Great shopping and entertainment as well for all ages.
Azaming hotel great breakfast”
Great 5 star hotel. keep coming back mainly for the breakfast and of course staff friendly close to airport and casino. Would come back again and again. The price is high but you are gettin what you paid for.
Luxury business and casino hotel”
This hotel is located very near Manila Airport (ideal for beating the nightmare traffic) and is part of the Resorts World casino complex which also has two other hotels nearby. The Marriott is directly connected into the Resorts World if you want to gamble or shop. We were just on a stopover before flying out early the next morning so a comfortable bed (turned out to be huge - mega king size), hot shower (great, plus a full size freestanding bathtub) and peace and quiet were what we needed most - and the brand new room delivered all that. You get free internet if you sign up to the Marriott Rewards program which was handy. You pay for the room's modern sleek design so it's not especially good value - no deals here for booking a room in a casino - but it certainly was worth it to us to have a uninterrupted evening before getting up at 5 am the next day
