This grand old hotel in the city center has views over Indro Montanelli Park plus its own private garden terrace. Ten minutes on foot from the Piazza Duomo, the family-run Manin Hotel offers an elegant and quiet environment in central Milan. Rooms feature pretty trompe l'oeil murals, some rooms have balconies, and all have spacious bathrooms, Wi-Fi access, English language TV channels, and a minibar. Dining at the Manin is worth noting with breakfast including both cooked and continental goods, and the hotel's Garden Bar is a popular spot with guests and locals for evening drinks and Sunday brunch. From here, it's a five-minute walk to Turati metro stop with most attractions within 15 minutes of walking out the door. Guests staying here should not neglect a stroll through the impressive Montanelli Park.

This Hotel is great. It is absolutely what you need for a weekend trip. The room was clean modern and comfortable, the bathroom was ample and functional. The breakfast was varied and of high quality. The location was right in an area filled with boutiques, restaurants and cafes and parking on the street infront of the Hotel was reasonable even on the Saturday. The staff were courteous and professional and they held our bags securely after check out so that we could meet friends and have lunch and a wander around. All in all a great stay.
Nice hotel in very good location”
I only stayed for one night and since it was quite rainy I didn't go out in the night. It's v close to the city and Japanese restaurant next door. It makes it so beautiful to have a park infront of the hotel.
On two days we had to ask for English tea and milk, which hadn't been replaced in our room. On the second occasion we had to go down to reception half an hour after being assured by reception, by phone, that someone would bring the items to our room. Lots of other types of tea but not what we wanted.
Manin Hotel a place to stay”
If you're looking for a place to stay for a few days then this is the Hotel to consider. We had stayed 6 nights and we were not disappointed. Nice room, attentive staff and a great location. For breakfast you had plenty of choice, from a cooked breakfast or a continental. A nice touch from a full day out in the city to relax in the bar lounge watching Blue Planet. The place is 5 mins to the nearest tube station. Or you can walk about 15 mins to the Duomo Cathedral. Across the road from the Hotel is a park which is worth a visit. Also if you're considering using Hop on Hop off bus then there is a stop opposite the Hotel.
This hotel was clean, conveniently located and fit oue needs perfectly. It's walking distance to attractions like the Duomo and many restaurants in the Brera district. Our room was a decent size, shower water pressure was good and breakfast had a good selection.
Our fifh time at the Manin”
we really like the MANIN, located very good. short walk to the duomo and shopping streets. at the last years it seems milan has changed and there are some other good areas to stay at but this area is probably the most popular. the hotel staff is great, very friendly. we will probably meet again..
Great hotel with lovely atmosphere and very kind s”
This place is perfect if You want to relax and enjoy of sun, good food and calmful staying. It is definately a great place for couples. There are great and youngful drinksbars on the beach too, but this is not the most furious place to be, if You just want to party all your holiday.
Comfortable hotel in good location & breakfast”
The room (double superior) is comfortable, with large bathroom. The minus is, there was no fan (only heater) and so there was no ventilation when the temperature was in the region of 13-15 degree (i.e. not too warm, not too cold). But we could open the window to let in the air. Free Internet on first day; and free use of computer with internet at lobby - good enough to check emails. Within walking distance (<10 mins) to the high fashion district. Enjoyed the pleasant restaurant for breakfast and good service.
Good location, comfortable rooms, great breakfast”
Good hotel, not so far city centre. near the big beautiful green park. Central station only 1 km far, sabway besides, hotel is good for bussines and vacation, and shopping (via Montenapoleone and via Roma are in one-two steps) Good modern room with classic Italian pictures Little bit were confuesed requested early check in (only in 14 p.m.)
Excellent location, renovated hotel. ”
Central yet opposite a park, rare in Milan! There are a number of cafes opposite and in the park acroos the road from the hotel, which are wonderful for a light lunch. in the evening there are two sushi restauarants next to the hotel which are also of a very high standard. Via Spiga is a 5 minute walk away.
HOtel is perfectly located 100mts distance from main shopping streets of Milano. Room are well equipped and confortable enough, even fair size. Service is good, srtaff is friendly. Definetly a good choice for accomodation in Milano.
A great hotel with great location”
Me and my mom stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, and we have nothing to complaine about. The location was great, close to everything in milano "down town". The room was good, and an excelent bathroom. The bed might have been a little too hard for my taste, but okey. In the morning there was a big breakfast buffe, and there was also a good lobby with free internet. Close to shopping, both expensive and more "normal" prices (like buenos aires and via torino, one of the big parks was just outside the door and alot of restaurants in the ares.
Comfortable, Convenient, Quiet & Cost-Effective”
This is a lovely hotel, located half-way between the main railway station and the fashion triangle/La Scala/Duomo heart of Milan. It is easy walking distance to the Metro and streetcar stops, but you can also stroll to most main sightseeing destinations. (And, if it matters, only a few blocks from the U.S. and French Consulates). Perhaps because we were there over a weekend, we were able to get what we asked for: a room with a spectacular top-floor terrace overlooking the Giardini Pubblici (Indro Montanelli Park). As noted above, we were very happy with the friendly staff, nice on-site bar in the rear garden, and very satisfying breakfast included in the daily room rate. Absolutely value for money!
hotel manin milano”
enoyed very much iur stay for two nights in early november. proximity to fashion shopping area is a plus. walking distance to la scala thatre. in fron of beautiful public park ideal to jog and to breath fresh air. ask for a room at higher story if facing the park. very nice and helpful staff
Easy to recommend”
Well situated, city center is easy to reach even by foot. Clean and spacious rooms, excellent breakfast.
Hotel is in a very good location close to the shopping and touristic area, across a park. No charm at all which is too bad in a city like Milan. Breakfast is substandard. Staff is helpful except in their recommendation of restaurants. Hotel rooms needs to be renovated.
Great location but small rooms”
Great location but very small room. Central location, walking distance to Doumo, clean room, nice breakfast buffet not much to do in the evening within walking distance. Great for business travellers. Across from a public park and may be great for morning jog or just a little escape from the hectic city atmosphere
worst hotel in my 23 night stay in Italy”
Do not stay in Room 491. It stinks of smoke. We changed rooms after one night. Airconditioning is shut down sometime in October for the "winter" season. This left our room frightfully dank. We could not open the windows as many insects came in and were buzzing at our ears when we slept. I perspired throughout the night and do not wish this on anyone else.
Good location but mediocre hotel with poor service”
Location is good, about 15 min walk from the Duomo and La Scala. Rooms are pleasant although a little small. In terms of facilities and service this certainly does not stack up to any 4 star hotel I have been to-more likely 3 or 2.5 star. However, the food was excellent.
Good location, but clearly overpriced”
The hotel location was great, but everything else was quite disappointing. Some of the staff were extremely unpolite, and not very competent. The room was in need of renovation: the wallpaper had accumulated 30 years of dirt, the decoration was old and slightly run down. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The price was far too high for what you got in exchange.
