Hotel interior looks dated but the staff are helpful and service is impeccable despite limited english. Google translate is your best friend here if you do not know Japanese. The yukata robes are good to be worn within the hotel and to the ferry to Hotel Urashima. The best part of the stay is that customers get to use the onsens at both hotels! Highly recommend to take the ferry to enjoy the cave onsen. Lovely dinner and breakfast. Small portions but a good deal of variety of seasonal dishes.

性價比超高”

酒店外型雖舊，但房間及所有設施都保表示養得很好，晚餐非常豐富，這餐價值已超越所付的房價。溫泉相對細，但也沒減太多分。

餐點十分美味”

旅館現場環境比相片中新淨，細看應該近年經過翻新，只是老派裝潢顯得有點殘舊感覺。房內插座十分少，要拆開書枱下插座用。温泉等設施得小及沒趣。強烈建議到姐妹酒店浦島酒店享用酒店設施。今次旅程中浦島酒店及萬清樓皆各入住一晚。萬清樓晚餐是此旅程當中最美味的一餐，不愧為懷石料理旅館（浦島酒店自助晚及早餐十分不濟）。旅館服務貼心，室內浴室分別放置男、女護膚品，雖則是一大瓶共用裝，但都感受到旅館藉由小細節出發的貼心。再去那智勝浦會再入住萬清樓。
