I stayed here few times and I like the hotel as it is close to eateries and convenient stores. The room is alright for its price. However, my last stay was unforgettable. There were a group of people entering the premise at 1 a.m and they were staying at the same floor as mine. They were too loud and talking (yelling at the same time) until 3.30 a.m or so. I called the front desk at around 1.50 a.m and asked them to take actions but they couldn’t resolve the matter. My friend and I couldn’t sleep the whole night. Management should be stern and firm especially allowing check-ins at midnight hours.

I was booking for room 201 and the staff say ok, once I check in, staff say 201 was occupied. I say why when I booking say got and he reply me, how do I know. I feel get cheated because I was stay 2 times before with deference room and that two room got problem so I don’t want choose that 2 room which is 101 & 301, so I think I can try another 201 but now the staff attitude like that, I will not stay again.

I was arrange stay in 301, when enter room, toilet was still very wet, never dry up. When I shower, the drainage not working well, is floated at shower space.

Property look old & doesnt work properly,like main door scanner,i hv to try few time to opend it,no hot water at bathroom,valve also briken,sink bawl also crack,tv not fucntion,no kettle or heater to drink hot water hv to go gr floor(i think need put cowy or etc dispenser every floor)only the best thing is matress n pillow..i would say that hotel need some upgrade in term of maitaince..
