    The worst experience happened in Japan”

    No one informed me the check out time when we were checking in. The staffs inform me the wrong time to use the hot spring. The staff only said the hot spring area closed from 1am to 5am. The other staff told us the hot spring closed on 9:30am and we need to check out at 10 am in the morning and call us 10 times to leave the room. Finally, I did the make up in the lobby.

    Wish we had a longer stay”

    We only spent one night, but wished we could stay longer. Very few of the staff could speak some English, but that didn't stop them for assisting us. The dinner and breakfast was delicious. I highly enjoyed their tea. Even though the dining staff didn't speak English and we spoke very simple Japanese phrases, it still felt appreciated that they did their best to accommodate us. We were upgraded to a much larger room since they thought we had a leak, though I felt like there was nothing wrong. The onsen was nice and relaxing. We didn't know how to setup the bedding, and a nice uncle from the staff helped make our futons when they upgraded our room. From the greeting at the door to the goodbye when we left, it felt like a wonderful far away escape. If anyone has a fear of spiders, be wary when going out at night. They're everywhere in Japan, but more so here since it's a small town surrounded by nature. I didn't really mind since they help by eating other bugs.

    The room we got was spacious and we had a great view. Staff were extremely helpful as we had needed some help forwarding our luggage to the next hotel in Tokyo. They went out of their way to help us get it done!

    Great experience. The staffs were kind and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were good and served in a private room. Shuttle bus was provided between JR station and hotel on request.

    Not as good as it is claimed to be ”

    Email communication was slow and late. The public baths are rather small and without views. Dinner was a disappointment - very small portion and the freshness wasn’t there. The breakfast was the highlight of this stay. Stayed at another better onsen hotel in the same area.

    温泉街の中心にあるおもてなしの宿”

    夕方チェックイン後すぐ向かった露天風呂はひぐらしの大合唱で、はじめBGMを流してるのかな？と思ったほど。フェイスタオルの替が浴場に用意されているので何度でも温泉を楽しめます。夕食、朝食は食べるアートで、どれも美味しいです。車で15分の倉吉の白壁土蔵群の観光も、無料で送迎していただきました。徒歩1分にコンビニあり。素泊まりの場合でも、お食事できるお店も近くにあります。提携しているお宿では、湯巡り割引券を使うと、通常1000〜1500円の入浴料が500円で利用できました。

    おもてなしありがとうございました”

    ゴールデンウィークに一泊二日で宿泊しました。お料理もとても美味しかったです。またフロントや中居さんも非常に心配りしてくださり、リラックスして過ごせました。帰ってからネックレスを失くしたことに気が付き連絡すると保管してくださっており、送って下さいました。お陰様で家族のいい思い出ができました。ありがとうございました。

    湯質が良くて最高でした。食事なしでの宿泊だったので、外で食事しようと探しましたが、夜はあまり食事できるところがなかったです。お部屋は少し古かったですが、清潔で問題ありませんでした。

    最悪でした”

    HPや口コミでご飯がとても美味しいと言われていたので選びました。しかしながら、旅館内の食事は事前予約制で、予約していなかったので利用する事ができませんでした。温泉街といっても周りにお店はほとんどなく(有っても閉まっている)何をしに行ったのかわかりません。 食事を利用できない(予約の必要性を書いていない)プランに料理が美味しいという口コミや写真を載せるべきではない。事前予約をしていなくても利用できるような掲載の仕方に不信感を拭えない。 旅館公式HPにも、事前予約制を記載するべきだとおもう。自慢のお料理なんでしょ⁉︎と言いたくなる。 逐一、旅館に確認が必要ならネット予約の必要性や意味がない。 もう訪れることはないでしょう。

    湯一般，房間風景位置好。 一泊兩食晚餐用心製作早餐略嫌清淡。 整體來說是可以接受的始終附近有更好的一泊兩食店，但價錢當然稍貴。
